The staff is geeat, good breakfast and quiet guest.

No complaints.

All of it as the elevator didn't work. The lady at the desk was rude. It took 2 days to get the room to cool down. And going up and down the stairs, three levels when your card doesn't work lovely

Location

It's not very clean. Water leaks in the ceiling every where. And both elevators were down. We had to take the stairs. I had just had knee surgery

The front desk staff was nice.

The rooms were dirty, smelled like cigarettes and weed, sink fell out of the counter. No hot water, elevator was broken most of our stay. Had to be moved into 2 different rooms where the tub was clogged.

The hotel staff were so pleasant

I was on the third floor and the elevator did not work. The heat in my room not only didn?t work but the unit was blowing cold air continuously even when the unit was off. There was no hot water the first night and day. The temp was 11 outside

Elevator broken.Microwave broken. People hanging out in parking lot.

Dirty. No elevator It was broken. Not enough towels no water.

Beds are comfy

Elevator was out for an extended period (a week or more) Trash sits in the hallways, towels sit in the hallways Police are on property all the time for whatever reasons Strange large coach/travel bus was there for weeks

Front desk was initially welcoming.

Did not like finding random hair in my bed and in the shower. It made the whole place feel unclean. The toilet was initially not flushable and AC was loud. Front desk on their phones. I got in so late, I just did what I could because I was exhausted.

The room flooded; sewer smell and all. I wasn?t pleased with this. I saw bugs crawling, I was ready to check out. I was going to stay another night but with all the problems I left at checkout. Staff was amazing just the room itself was horrible.

Staff was very professional and helpful.

Bed covers stains. Less than half roll of toilet paper.

The location

Alarm going off in the middle of the night several times. No water or anything for sale. No towels in the room. And a toilet that kept running. It completed flooded the room.

Beds are very comfortable

Heater didn't work and the water didn't get hot

The continental breakfast barely has any food .? most time all you can eat is waffles , burnt sausage and egg .

Waited long time to get allocation of room.Staff allocated me out of service room where no water in bathroom because of there are no rooms available on the day and time when I checked in.rhis caused me lot of inconvenience in middle of night.

The staff is very friendly. While the hotel is located close to the medical facility where I had appointments. I will not stay there again.

The hotel in general is very DIRTY. I had only one wash cloth and one bath towel in my room at check in. There was no microwave in my room.

Hotel didn't have any hot water. First room they gave me had a toilet that didn't flush. Second room they gave me had no towels.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold

Leak in entryfloor was soaked for 3 days, only 1 working ice machine on bottom floor, no trash can in the room nor the bathroom, toilet handle was broken, no soaps or shampoos, plastic bag on the ceiling over the smoke detector, elevator barely worked

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

After 6 tries to get key cards to work, we moved to second room. No towels, soap or tissue. Phone was not hooked up so I make several trips. Smoke detector was covered with plastic bag. Elevator was inoperable for two days.

The internet did not work the entire stay complained several times never a resolution. The room was musty smelling.
