Hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are comfortable and maintained well

Breakfast room - small room with very big tables. Hardly 4 people at once can only sit.

I didn't even get to check in, they called me a no show when I disputed charge with my bank due to them refusing refund.

I called about deposit and was told $50 I had cash and then they told me deposit would be $100 due to cash and this is for one night. I had reserved room earlier in the day. Upon attempting to check in I received horrible service. They called me a no show

The room stunk i went and told the front desk he said he would have it took care of and it never got done

Checkin smooth. Room very clean. Bed super comfortable. I was really surprised for the price. Our stay was literally problem free! Husband and wife business stay. Deposit only $50. It's $100 if you pay cash. They also have free breakfast from 6:30 -9:00.

There was no ice machine on the second floor. Had to go to lobby area.

It was clean, had a refrigerator , microwave, blow dryer, clothes iron, and a comfortable bed

The front desk man (without glasses) was SO rude and LITERALLY yelled at me Also the kitchen staff lady tried to pick a fight with me after I asked to get breakfast late because I didn't get a wake-up call. Had to say 4 times to stop verbally attacking me

Really nice modern, clean, and well-taken care of the room and hotel were lovely.

THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. Only one guy at the front desk with glasses was reasonable and accommodating the lady who serves breakfast and the second front desk guy (shorter smaller frame) were both extremely short-fused and terribly painfully unprofessional

Someone entered my room while I was working on first day there and I was blamed for smoking and pet that were not mine or on my room

The hotel was cleaner than I expected I¿m ocd and I still cleaned the room because it¿s just me but I felt good going in the customer service was great friendly people

it was in a good location for us, no major highways

it had an overall musky smell in corridors
