Location and corner room

They allowed trucks with large trailers to take up 26 parking spaces between 3 trucks so people had nowhere to park

Room was clean and the staff was so friendly. hotel employee were THE BEST! And the hotel lobby smelled really good. Very pleased with the quality of our stay. Especially for the price!!

The ease of getting there.

Unclean. Hours for the restaurant and bar that were posted and told to us from staff were not accurate. The bed was nasty and clearly not cleaned between guests. Nasty dark hair everywhere.

The Hotel is located in a great location. Food, shops, and easy in and out. I have stayed in the Cambria ever since it has opened. One of my favorite places to stay.

It is time for the Cambria to change out the beds and pillows. Room 239 is a great room but the bed is like sleeping in the grand cannon. It is worn out and you sink towards the middle. Plus the A/C is very loud. Pillows are worn out also.

Good food and a nice bar.

The business center computer was outdated and wouldn't upload anything off of Google.

The layout of the room was awesome.

First, computers were offline.Had to wait for over an hour to check in. upstairs no ac in halls and it was 96 that day!. room was ok but the floors felt wet and sticky. Lamp was broken. Ac kept turning off. Didn't meet star value.

Beautiful room and great staff!

I did not like that the water pressure for the shower and the sink was very low and that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also I asked for them to tell housekeeping to clean my bathroom and replace the towels and amenities but this was never done.

Hotel is very modern and clean.

The hotel staff was not knowledgeable about their billing practices. I was double charged for 1 night and had to go through my bank for a refund because the staff did not know how to process a refund.

Clean and newer hotel. Room are large with separate sitting area and 2 big screen TVs. Stars was friendly

The computers were down and I waited over 1 and a half hour to get checked in. Something could have been done or offered, but not even a free breakfast.

The only issue we had is the water pressure is pretty weak.

The room was large with a seating area and sleep area, 2 TVs and very comfortable. I also liked that they have infused ice water all day! With the extreme heat that was a great touch and necessity!

Only thing I did not like was that the breakfast was not complimentary, or at least having toast or yogurt that was complimentary. Coffee was, which was great!

Rat in pool - was removed by staff asap once notified

Amazing, very nice, clean, had a hot tub and swimming pool. Fire pit was amazing.

They allowed kids to run up & down the halls all night b long. The walls were very thin you could hear everything Going on in the next room. Check in staff we're friendly after that the rest of the staff could care less.
