The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable and room was very clean

Room was in need of some repair. Curtains were falling off rod, shower curtain was broken. Pool was over chlorinated. Could smell it all over hotel.

The staff is awesome and welcoming. They greet you as you walk in the door and are attentive to your needs. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast attendant does a great job

Bigger pool! Breakfast was good! Staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very underrated. I was greeted with a welcome bag (candy, chips, water), they had a happy hour on Tuesday, the breakfast is top-notch; they even have a breakfast burrito bar. The TV's are on the small side, but everything else was great!

Front desk staff seems to need more training - it takes a long time to check in.

Rooms are very outdated. Arrived to check in at 3pm. Was told rooms were still being cleaned. Had to wait an hour to check in. Room had a unpleasant cleaner smell all night. I wouldn't stay here again

there was no best thing except location. close tp hospital

they charged me a fee for each night I was there, which you did not warn me of.. And also they had no microwave..

Many of the amenities were not available. Elevator out of service Pool closed Iron in the room broke Ice machine not working. Worst by Marriot hotel in my life.

As far as a Fairfield i was very displeased.

The room was not very clean, the toilet ran all night , over half the outlets did not work, They were out of Body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Outwardly the hotel was clean but there was an odor.

Foul odor on the second floor of hotel. Had 2 barking dogs in the room next to mine. I purposely go to hotels that are not dog hotels (pet friendly) so I don't run into barking, poop and fleas. Ran into the constant barking anyway.

Worst breakfast experience ever. Prepackaged everything, quiche, breakfast burritos, waffles. ¿¿

This was an excellent hotel. My only problem was I was charged twice and it took 3 people to fix it, but they did. I would stay again for sure.

The breakfast was not that good. The hot food was a learn and not a good variety.

Rooms seemed smaller than others of this class. This place is extremely popular because of the Heart Hospital within walking distance; it will not be a sleepy getaway....!

Outdated rooms , par breakfast , not enough safety protocols . pool partly functional not operable to use one day because of door malfunction . Rooms ac didn¿t heat very well , and needs to be upgraded to be more inviting . small elevator oddly placed

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, and the toilet never flushed properly. Also, A big issue for me was that this hotel has a musty, moldy smell throughout the entire place. I actually stayed here because my apt was being treated for mold.

Yes, check in woman was rude. There was several pretzel sticks under the second bed in the hotel, that were not ours. It was about 2 inches under the comforter and should have been obvious to who ever was cleaning,
