Staff, clean, location

Hard bed n my kind room on the 2nd floor, And No microwave Too far of a walk from my room to the elevator and I'm handicapped King room too small

It was a nice hotel at the price and last minute. The morning desk clerk was very helpful.

The night clerk that checked me in. After eating and coming back in the hotel 30 minutes later, I asked where the elevator was and he asked me what my room number was. I told him I just needed to know where the elevator was.

Cleanliness and upkeep were exceptional

Someone smoked in my room once and this is out of their control . Perhaps an ozone machine to clean air better

Smelled bad, humid, room tv was broken, very mid-low tier hotel

Staff was very helpful and responsive.

During our two night stay, room service knocked on our door both mornings a little after 8 am. We had requested a late checkout and prefer to sleep late.

Location was perfect

We arrived at 3:56 and the double bed room that I laid for was not available so they offered me a room with a queen sized bed and a balcony Why offer me a balcony if the view was going to be poor?

The quality of the hotel does not match the costly price per night. It may be a courtyard Marriott but it did not feel like it was a courtyard

The staff was amazing, always a step ahead of our needs and willing to go the extra mile to accomodate anything we asked for. Breakfast was surprisingly good at the small cafe in the lobby.

The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. They usually are, but this one was particularly bumpy.

Room was nice. Bed was comfy!

No free breakfast

Dirty, filthy, homeless high on something hanging around the back door, then opens it for us. Secure? Don¿t think they own a vacuum. Hallways were gross.

Quiet interior rooms in spite of tollway right out front. Everyone very friendly and very efficient housekeeping staff! Rebooked my stay instead of moving to a previously chosen location !

Currently there is only 1 functioning entrance/ exit and minimal frontside parking. I¿ve never stayed in a hotel Pre Covid until today that denies passage to every other entrance. Broken elevator was part of strange reason I was told at check in.

Yeah the liar who checked me in. said everything was open offered me alcohol not knowing I was a recovering alcoholic in the first place and it just was inappropriate and then she shouldn't ask why I'm staying there it's none of her business she's going t

Room not as pictured. Room so small that TV WAS ON SIDE OF BED INSTEAD AT FOOT. Hard to watch!

The hotel staff was friendly

There was no coffee makers, microwaves in the rooms and this is a big deal for me I would’ve not booked this hotel had I known this the icemaker the floors you had to go to the bottom floor to get ice in most hotels they have coffee no coffee here

Give. That we are in a pandemic, I go out of my way to ensure my room is clean and that the staff is following social distancing protocols. Happy to say that Courtyard Marriott is taking care of their customers and providing a safe environment.

Good size rooms, with couch and desk. shower and toilet were in separate room from sink and vanity.

Bar and restaurant were closed, though this was due to Covid-19, which was expected.

Hot tub, fitness center, ice machines, and Bistro all closed
