Cleanliness of the hotel.

The elevators were out during a portion of our stay and we were on the 5th floor.

The guys at the front counter were all great, good location to watch the Roughriders fireworks show from

The restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday

Clean, looked new. Great location. Friendly staff.

Very clean, quiet, pleasing style. The staff was excellent, and the location very safe and convenient.

Breakfast was very limited, but there were hot items and packaged items.

There was a basketball tournament in town and several players were in same hotel. Very noisy and players were disruptive. Not able to sleep.

The layout of the bathroom was perfect. The access to the high way and Stonebriar Mall was great.

The shower leaks thru the door so the floor does get wet, because it did not create a good enough suction to stay closed. The tv is in a weird position, it's sits between the living room and bedroom on a dresser in front of the seated oration area

Breakfast was sub par

Location was perfect - near the highway for easy access. Close to many stores & restaurants. Beautiful decor. Wonderful breakfast. Very nice pool & fitness room.

Doors to bathroom should be solid so sleeping guests aren't disturbed by the light of early risers.

Extremely surprised...great facility, trendy new look and feel. Would definitely look for another Springhill Suites before going somewhere else.

The front desk staff were great! They were very welcoming and provided great recommendations on activities for kids on rainy days!

The cleaning staff did not clean our room after our first night, forcing me to empty the trashcans and seek out replacement towels. When I approached a housekeeper working on my floor I was unable to communicate with her due to an extreme language barrier
