Excellent staff! The Manager working the front desk the first night we checked in was very personable, professional, & patient. He made my family feel welcomed.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet!

The service was incredible, the entire hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast was filled with delicious options, and the pool was perfect for our kiddos to play while we relaxed in the sun or under the cabanas.

I loved this hotel. Everything was terrific. Friendly staff, super clean, spacious room, quiet, nice pool and gym and breakfast.

I?m hard pressed to think of anything negative. The bed pillows were a bit small and shower pressure could have been a tad better. Other than that, nothing I can think of.

The front desk was a big help to me laugh. I booked the wrong date on and they helped me fix it.

My ac stoped working, so we had to switch rooms our last night. It took a while to even get this resolution, as only one person was working at the time.

Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. From the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff, to the front desk, everyone was so nice. They seemed to be really proud of how nice the hotel is. I would stay there again 100%

The room was very large, breakfast was good, the eating area was beautiful and the customer service at the hotel was amazing.

The facility was very clean and convenient to where I needed to be.

The front desk staff couldn't seem to stay at the desk. The night person was too interested in something in the back to wait for me to ask any questions. The morning person kept going outside or in the back. I feel they should stay at desk until I leave.

This hotel was very nice and super clean. The breakfast every morning had a nice variety and was kept stocked. The staff were available and eager to help with any questions I had. Would definitely rate it as one of the best stays I've had anywhere!

Free breakfast and wifi

Staff wasn¿t very responsive, and housekeeping was terrible. I literally had to beg them for cleaning service when I noticed my sheets weren¿t changed, trash wasn¿t taken out, and towels weren¿t replaced. Plus, some of the guests were really loud.

The breakfast and bed were the best thing

I didn¿t like how they charged my card the next day and for a different amount from what I signed . Urika stated she will refund my card abs that has yet to happen¿ but the best part is they still have the outdated window ac unit that are extremely LOUD!!

Location. Very spacious. Has a Dog park.

No cleaning service unless you stay 4 nights. Beds too hard. Ppl above us were too noisy at midnight- girls were running, jumping and yelling til 2 am!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in good repair. Nice fitness room. Laundry facilities. Big room. The beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of choices. Texas shaped waffles were a hit!

I didn't love the pillows (but I'm a pillow snob). They weren't terrible. Just adequate. We had a king sized bed so it would have been nice to have a king sized pillows.

Hotel was very clean and nice.

Front desk person told us breakfast ended at 9:30, but when we go down for breakfast at 9:01, they said it was closed and wouldn¿t allow us to have breakfast because they closed at 9:00.

Clean, room is comfortable .

Dogs allowed In the room which they could start bark at 6:00 am in the morning. For me, quiet is very important.

It was a good location to spend Christmas with great shopping experiences.

There was no microwave in the room and the TV was a bit difficult to understand the setup on first arrival.

By far this was the cleanest room and hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Never seen a bathroom and bathtub so clean. Loved the huge room. And happy they were still doing their morning breakfast. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Loved it!!!
