ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Dallas Plano/Richardson

Upon checkin. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes. The hotel was very dirty and run down for being newer. The floors in the room was sticky. They need to clean the mop they used to mop. The shower did not work in the bathroom.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned as well as expected. There were shaved hairs from what appeared to be a trimmer left on back of the commode and hairs in the shower. Just made me question how well the room was cleaned overall prior to our arrival.

You have to pay if you want clean towels everyday

That it is new and clean hotel, the cameras-I feel safe, and the location, I can trek if I wish.

The room is small and compact, but it's only me so it's cool. There are no frills-no iron, no dishes-they did explain why. You have to pay for towel, and linen service unless you've been here a month. There is only ONE elevator...didn't feel comfortable

The No Smoking Portion Needs to Be Reenforced. Weed smells were the worst!

customer service is a big one. the facility had problems but if the front desk clerk was nicer, it would have gone a long way.

The comfort of the bed, The staff was wonderful.

The guest above me was very loud and noisy. It sounded like they were moving furniture all night.

Some of the staff were not educated and friendly. It’s easier to deal with a new person when they are forthright and at least try.

I like the concept. It is bare bones done well.

It is easy online to confuse the two EchoSuites in the Plano, TX area. I went to the one I thought I had booked but it was the other one. They had plenty of rooms but they would not honor my rate. So it costs me 35 mile roundtrip plus tolls. No worries, my expectations were low and successfully achieved! I would try EchoSuites again and even recommend EchoSuites to my cost conscious friends.

Stinky halls and trash sitting by elevator stay was no where to be found took 30 mins to get my key no one could speak English other great stay

The elevator and the hall to my room smelled like smoke and body odor. Also the vacuuming that was happening when I arrived was loud and the vacuuming kept hitting my door.

The property is extremely clean and very secure. Friendly staff. Wonderful place. Will stay again.

Really bad place to stay

Bed was dirty no one was available to help me at the front desk took like 2 hours for someone to assist .

Front desk staff in acceptable in every area Anaiya from the front desk needs to be terminated immediately. She isn’t a good face for Wydam hotels. I will be calling corporate concerning her

I was totally satisfied with my stay. I've been here for almost two months while I transition to other living arrangements.The property is only a few months old and I love everything INSIDE...however, the residents with pets let them poop in the grass WITHOUT scooping it up directly outside of the East entrance door.I've stepped in it way too any times.It's very gross!!!

The very hot water and bed was much more comfortable than, another location. Very clean.

The quantity of towels, iron, or hair dryer not available in room. More, TV channels needed. Everything is an additional charge.
