The staff was really nice

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options, the ice machine was down the 6 days I was there

The staff were nice but not bothersome. I had no problem getting questions answered or finding something i needed. The room is simple but fun.

This hotel recently opened but it isn't new so much as rebranded. The bathrooms and floors are clearly worn, and my room could have used an extra dusting.

Loved breakfast. Facility was very clean and rooms were clean and spacious. Also loved the soap and lotion.

Everything was great and very nice and clean. The office workers are really nice and got us a extra blanket as well… very helpful

The pillows was a little to squishy… But that is just me…

Location was perfect for our needs during our stay plus the room was comfortable.

The heating, instead of going off when it reached the room temperature it began to blow cool air.

Aggressive Dogs off leashes and noise could be heard in room after 10pm. Not clean and needed update

The facility was loud at 10 at night. They let dogs run free no leashes. A large dog barked at my husband and wouldn't let him out of the elevator. The dog ran away from it's owner to do this..The Hotel check in Clerk wouldn't do anything about it. She said she can't make the owner leash his dogs. He had 2 service animals and she said they are usually good dogs. If my husband got bitten you would have a law suit. The hotel room stunk and we could hear noise from the lobby on the 2nd floor. Room was dirty and old. We checked out. We couldn't stay at a m hotel like this. We were supposed to get a refund but didnt.

Tru had all of the amenities required to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and cost-effective. The HVAC system worked flawlessly, and the pillows were extremely comfortable, probably the best I've ever slept on. They felt like goose down pillows.

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste. The shower head was probably water-saving, which I didn't like.

There was only one ice machine for the entire 4 floors and it was out of service! We couldn’t utilize the complimentary breakfast because it doesn’t start until 7am on Sat/Sun. No coffee maker in the room so we had to go to the lobby first thing in the morning. Soap/shampoo dispensers require 2 hands to operate so as an arm amputee, that was a bit of a problem.

Front desk was super kind

My reservation got cancelled. I received an email about it, no one called me. So when I called the original property that I booked with they said that they over booked and had to move me. I had no idea and was not notified. When I got to the other location in Allen they wanted me to pay for another room. Again the guy was super helpful but I had my family with me and it made checking in a very long process and inconvenient. I was really disappointed. Also the tv was not working properly and we couldn’t get anyone to help us with that.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice view

There was a bug in my room. The towels smelled a little weird. The shampoo and conditioner weren’t great and I wish they had ingredients listed. The breakfast wasn’t very good and I wished there were oatmeal packets rather than watery mystery oatmeal. Also, the trash truck came at 5am right outside my window which was annoying!

The True Collection are mostly new, so there are no surpirses. Good Value for a new Room, and new Equipment, with friendly People. What was the biggest plus and surprise, right opposite from the Hotel is a restaurant Bavarian Grill. We are from Austria, so we take any chance to test such Restaurants. This one is maybe a bit more Pricey, but the food is authentic.

New Hotel, so everything is fine

Hot breakfast is always a great bonus. It adds to the overall experience bring better. Rooms were clean and had lots of convenient storage. Everyone was great

Building was clean and modern with a nice lobby area.

The mattress and or box springs were creaky and very noisy even just rolling over on the bed.
