- It was clean. When checking out I was asked how was my stay. I mentioned a problem with the water pressure and much to my surprise the concierge offered a discount to compensate which I appreciate very much.

Cons -
- The water pressure in the shower was terrible but the water was nice and hot. I had hives so a hot bath was important to me.the tub is nice and deep so it was ok. But it took at least 20 minutes for the tub to fill and I took 3 baths between 7pm & 8am
- Bugs in the room and wifi never worked
- Yes I woke up full of bed bug bites. This has been the worst experience of my life!!!
