Homewood Suites By Hilton Plano-Richardson

The location and the room set up.

I did not like the free breakfast. I am not a fan of egg, beater eggs, and there was not enough variety in the meat selections. The orange juice was not fresh either.

The cleanliness and safety.

Someone set off the smoke detectors around midnight. But, hotel staff handled the situation quickly and calmly. Just didn?t like the 12M wake-up and evacuation.

The location was good for us and the breakfast was delicious

The only drawback was part of the parking lot was being redone in the area of the pet station and caused a slight inconvenience when taking our dog out

Had interactions with the front desk, dining room, outdoor & room staff and all of them were wonderful!

Everything concerning the hotel ranging from the customer service, room service, breakfast service, room space, and location were highly commendable. My entire family had a wonderful time in during our stay. Staff by name "Kenny" went above & beyond

There is nothing for now. It was a heart warming hotel.

The room, the staff, and the breakfast.

Elevator location.

Location

The room was not clean. There was a plate in the microwave with old moldy food on it..the dishes in the dishwasher were covered with food as well. I cleaned the dishes.

Very clean and comfortable! Hotel is super quiet and there isn't any traffic noise either.

Out ice maker didn't work.

The space in the hotel room

Yes I had to move to another room due to dead ants on the night stand and on the wall right behind the bed in the middle of the night. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping.

Such a lovely, family-friendly hotel! The hotel was spacious and modern, and staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby and amenities felt like a much higher end hotel. A great value!

Good location near industrial facilities I was visiting.

Limited restaurant selection close by. BK, McD, and three expensive places, but no middle $$ places.

Hotel staff was exceptional from the front desk to the kitchen staff. The only negative was the lady replacing food on Sunday morning was drying the cutlery in front of the serving area - blocking guests. I think this task should be done elsewhere.

Mentioned above. Staff was exceptional but several guests were rude and crude!

Great rooms!! Beds and pillows good but comforters could be nicer. So nice to have the little kitchen and such a good layout with children.

The staff was very helpful and polite

The drawer with all our silverware was jammed shut, the bedside table in one room was damaged and the bathroom floors were really dirty.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It was so clean, large, extremely nice, updated, I never wanted to leave! The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful. I received a ride from the shuttle that was perfect. Will be back.

It was perfect.

The rooms and the staff were great.

The only elevator was all the way in the back and if your room was in the front you walked like 2 blocks.

The entire experience was great! Breakfast was actually quite good and I was really surprised with the "welcome home" evening snack which is enough food for a complete dinner. The higher price of this hotel is so worth it.

Nothing really within walking distance but hey, it's Texas! The quality of the property, the rooms, the meals and the staff make up for getting in the car. Plus, it would be more expensive if the property were in a more dense area. I will be back.

The morning crew and breakfast was great.

All good

All hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

One of the hand towel had a stain on it, which made me nervous.

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.
