Home2 Suites by Hilton North Plano Hwy 75

Size of room and the included full fridge, microwave, kitchen. We also like the living room area with couch and separating curtain, it was nice I think I may have to put a curtain around bed at home very cozy.

I really prefer to come back to a hotel room with a made bed. Coming back to tuck in for the night to a messy bed doesn’t feel much like a hospitality experience.

The room was very quiet and clean and comfortable thank you.

Love everything thank you.

Full refrigerator and big sink in the room was a huge help in storing food since we were there for Thanksgiving

Their pet policy and breakfast

I didn?t get clean sheets. The top sheet had a fresh blood stain and the fitted sheet seemed to have had a semi wiped stain, as if housekeeping noticed the stain on the fitted sheet, wiped it but missed the stain on the top sheet. Uncomfortable exp.

location to highway and restaurants

housekeeping placed my pillows on the wheels of my suitecases, dropped a pillow on the ground and then proceeded to put it back on the bed. No thank you. I spoke up and said something but if that's what was done in front of my face...

Good breakfast

They overbooked the rooms. I was suppose to have 2 queens and a sofa bed. They gave me 1 queen with a sofa bed and were not forthcoming or apologetic with it, just let me walk in the room to discover one bed.

The lobby was nice;

The room advertised was not available in the entire hotel. False advertising I?m very disappointed; the room did not have enough beds for my family.

How big the room was!

The bed! We were promised a queen & it was a double. The blankets were too small.

Location, staff and clean

Bathroom lock is very bad. My kid was not able to open and there is no knob on both the rooms we stayed. I did report it to the staff.

Hotel is new and clean, and very reasonably priced.

Clean, and newer build. Was comfortable and could rest after a long day.

The shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers, the body wash was completely out. It was pretty frustrating to be in the shower unable to wash up.

Right around the corner from the tournament

The bathroom lock was broken staff acted like they weren¿t knowledgeable about any damn thing and asking for simple things seemed to make them get an attitude.

Clean and very polite customer service

Give full linen for the sofa bed or kids

This hotel was simply amazing for the price! It has a clean, modern look that makes you feel like you¿re staying in a high end hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was great.

No, everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations!

The staff was excellent from the front desk to the kitchen.

When we first entered our room, there was a slight smell. It turned out to be the garbage disposal. We were also next door to a room with barking dogs.

Clean, breakfast, room was well appointed, reasonably priced.

Clean facilities and good breakfast

Toaster needs to be replaced as it didn¿t work. It was annoying as one couldn¿t use it to toast bread or bagel

Nice rooms

The support several homeless people who have criminal pasts , drug use and who harrased and threatened me and staff treated ne as if I was the one doing these things and I was a paying guest. Total disgraceful way to treat guests and favor individuals who

It was clean and a very nice lobby and breakfast area. The room was very clean and had everything one would need. My first stay at Home2 Suites, but not my last. I was very impressed !

Found the pillows extremely lacking, which caused me to not sleep very well, particularly the first night.
