The location is great. It's a good proximity to things in Plano.

There was an awful smell in the hotel. It smelled like rotting food in the hallways. There were multiple bags of trash outside of guest rooms. There were many days that the same exact trash bags sat outside of the same room.

I loved this hotel. Will be booking this location again. Night staff was friendly and very accommodating as my flight landed late. Breakfast was great. Lots of option. Loved the bathroom. Thank you for the makeup wipes and dove products.

The headboard was dirty. None of the lamps work or bulbs were out. Otherwise great stay.

Not any insulation between the floors or walls. You could hear everything Bed was okay

The location is great. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The front desk person was not friendly and did not allow us to check into the room early, even 30 minutes. When 3p finally came around there was a LONG line of frustrated people. Its hard to imagine no rooms were clean and available slightly early.

This should be a higher star rated hotel. The manager was amazing. Our should faucet was broken. He was so apologetic and very quickly moved us to another room and gave us a free selection from the sweet shop. We were very impressed with the cleanliness.

I have ZERO complaints.

The extra blanket, sheets and pillow were missing from the closet. Front desk mentioned they have been low in stock due to guest stealing them so sad people don't know how to respect things that don't belong to them.

After traveling many hours for a Dr's appt they accommodated an early check-in. Also was conveniently located close to my Dr's office.

Beer wasn't available for happy hour ¿¿

Lady at the front was very nice upon arrival. Hotel was clean. Great for the price.

the hotel was very clean and smelled good check in and the staff up front were super they know what customer service is all about they need to be working some where else where they will be appreciated great experience with the front desk all of them.

some of the staff need to learn what customer service means Mon was labor day and a holiday so a lot of people were late getting to breakfast we arrived at 937am a foreign man threw the food in trash right in front of me when asked if I could have some.

Excellent location and comfy room.

Staff was not attentive during checkin and was missing during the checkout. Had to ring the bell multiple times and still no one showed up so I decided to drop my key cards in the container and leave. Other than that staff was friendly and courteous.

Being forced to leave early after staying 1 night out my 3 night reservation and NOT getting a refund!!

Room could use some revamping such as updating the light fixtures and furniture to more modern ones
