nothing this place is not holiday in its smell like sewer the room old and ugly carpet stinks shame on you holiday in to include this on your profile

It was quick to check in, the gentleman was very nice. The rooms were big included refrigerator and microwave. Lights above the mirror. Room was clean and they had Dove products in the bathroom.

The outside needs remodeling but the inside looks great.

Price and location

Toilet was constantly running; mechanical parts inside tank were rusted out and non functional.

The staff was incredibly friendly , professional and helpful. Hotel employee checked me in and was incredibly thoughtful and answered all my questions and requests.

There was some calcium buildup on the shower head but was still clean. But not a great sight. Fantastic waterpressure and clean water. Other than that it was great .

The elevator buttons did not work on the third floor, there were open rooms on the first floor, made no sense why we were on the third floor with the broken elevator. The toilet would stop up randomly and it took 4 calls to get help with it.

A/c was very noisy, some smell in the room, not enough bath towels, only one elevator.

It is nice old hotel people nice. The only thing is my second time that in the bathroom the plug on the wall is not working try to dry my hair is the convection maybe please check it.

The room was not the cleanist There were bugs around the window on the floor

The cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast was great but overall the other guest were nice and clean.

Only thing was there was two dirty towels left in the restroom but it was quickly token care of and the staff apologize a lot.

The pool did not have close access to get back into the hotel. We had to walk all the way around to the front door.

The room was nice, clean, and smelled fine. The breakfast lady was very friendly and cheerful, which helped make the already great breakfast even better. Overall, our experience here was positive.

The front parking spots were taken by the time we got in both nights we stayed and you're not allowed to enter the back doors by the elevator. I was on crutches/knee scooter so it was inconvenient. The only elevator was slow and sounds like it might die.

This hotel is near my training. A friendly staff ready to accommodate as needed. The rooms were clean and fresh. A good nights sleep is important and the beds were very comfortable.

Free EV charging, modern and renovated hotel make the experience so much better.

Breakfast is bit disappointing. WiFi did not work for me. Shower handles are too low that it spills on you when you're trying to open it.

Only one little complaint, the kleenex box had ONE kleenex left. Otherwise, great stay!

The size of the rooms was good. The staff were polite.

The floors were not adequately vacuumed. There was even a dirty wet towel left in the bathtub.

Staff was great but hotel wasn't very clean. If you are having surgery or any business at the Texas Back Institute its the best location as it it in the parking lot almost of TBI
