Dallas/Plano Marriott At Legacy Town Center

Overall hotel, as wonderful, staff, and room was very clean.

I had to pay $25 to park in the garage because there is no parking in the street.

Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Happy to have a late check out.

When we drove up to the hotel, the valet attendant did not greet us or walk to the car. We got out and had to walk to the valet stand to get a ticket. Not happy with lack of service from valet.

The hotel is well kept. Modern rooms. Nice restaurant. Great location. One of the nicer Marriott hotels I have ever stayed in.

The weakest areas are the beds and bedding. Mattress wasn't the best and comforter need to go in the trash. Bedding need to be replaced.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and free self parking on the weekends.

The hotel was very accommodating. We did a room service order for breakfast and the order came wrong. With one call, they immediately corrected the order. Also, this hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and pubs.

Our hotel room 667 had a bathroom door that would not stay shut, which made privacy an issue. We had to rig things to keep it from sliding open

Really nice rooms, smaller property & close to everything and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Only bad experience was ordering a drink at the pool. They offered drink service at the pool so I assumed since they have a full bar it would be a regular drink, instead I was brought a tiny bottled margarita for $15 and all the stuff to assemble myself.

The hotel is well kept. The room was nice. There is a lot to do around the hotel.

There was a lot of noise from pipes in the room. And you could hear other doors closing in the rooms. All the rooms don't have walk in shower, we had the tube.

Room was nice but I will say that I expected a nicer room for a 4* hotel. Nothing wrong with it but there was nothing special about it.

There was no volume on Netflix, YouTube and Pandora. So basically any of the streaming option, the remote did not engage.

We were put by the elevators. Heard loud noises all night long. Seems as though the laundry room was above us. Just too noisy!! Even the entertainment center had loud cracks at times.

Nice size room, staff was able to upgrade us at no extra charge. Pool was not busy at all when we stayed.

Breakfast buffet is pricey

The hotel was very fancy and the room was nice.

The bathroom door wouldn¿t stay closed, the beds were uncomfortable and the pool was absolutely disgusting. There was food, hair and a nasty film on top. We were really disappointed.
