The musty smell of the room very small pillows and the bathroom was gross

The check in and out were easy. The room had a half wall with love seat and coffee table along with a desk and chair. The guest WiFi worked excellent the password and Network information was printed on the card key holder. The card key worked great to unlock and relock the door. The door had a great security lock. The Queen sized bed was firm but very comfortable with three feather pillows. The dressing table and mirror with hair dryer and Coffey maker. There was also a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom itself was spacious with very white clean bathtub shower combination. The fixtures were very sparkling clean. The shower water pressure was excellent, with the only drawback it took the hot water a long time to get warm but when it did it was really hot. It was around the time everyone was taking showers. All in all a very good experience. The rooms were updated with granite shelving and countertops.

A long time for water to warm up in shower just a little dust around the edges of the carpet risers. No coffee supplied for the coffee maker.

Didn't eat, left before breakfast began

I forgot something and within less than 10 hours I contacted them but they refused to even check the room. Called 3 times and they were rude and just refused to confirm it. There attitude was terrible. Lack of warmth

Their lack of courtesy. If they are in the hospitality business they should learn manners and hospitality.
