Clean and not real crowded so there was plenty of parking. Was also very quiet.

No breakfast.

No internet at all, not much breathfast.

It was right off the highway which was nice.

There was no coffee,creamer. No Kleenex, the light on left side of bed did not work. There was no TV guide to let us know what channels to watch.

When I arrived the reservation hAd not been received and I did not get the price that I was quoted.

NOTHING! Worst hotel ever! Don't go there. Run!!!! Better to sleep in your car!

No one was there and the office was locked when I arrived at 5:30 p.m.I rang and waited 15 mn. Then the police came to see the manager. The officer made a few calls and she showed up. Bed smelled of urine. Bugs in bathtub and the shower wasn't working!

Locks were missing from door, curtain didn't close, outlets had wires hanging out, the heater was mounted by ceiling above sink & had to climb on cabinet to turn it on, trash was under beds, tiles broken & missing on floor, back was broken off of chair

My room was a smoking room. I wish all hotels would go to completely non smoking rooms.

Breakfast was included but was just cereal. You have to stand on a chair to adjust the heating or air conditioning.

The second room was better than the first one.

The price is high for the for small room with sorry breakfast- won't stay there again- to bad they don't have competition for hotel stays in Palacios.

The location is good. Very peaceful and near the main highway where stores and eateries are located, and approximately 2 minutes from the waterfront. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly. The property is a bit dated but well maintained. I had a minor problem that was promptly resolved.

Water pressure in toilet could be increased a little.

This motel provided us with a clean and safe place to stay. You could tell the owners and maintenance staff were doing a good job on the property. Loved the care the maintenance staff too to the vegtable garden they had in front of office.

One afternoon there was a sulfur smell coming from the plumbing in bathroom. Front desk said it was a city problem. This did not happen the second night.
