Several things the washer and dryer is downstairs do not work. I lost like $10 trying to get it to work and my clothes came out wet and didn’t get washed. Also, rooms get cleaned mediocre there was a spot of trash. For the whole week

Low tech system of doing things, all pencil and paper and took forever - charged my card in person despite my information being online. Wrote down my info from my real license and then copied it, instead of the other way around. Room was super hot.

Because the price was low it was understandable that there was no hair dryer and there was need for some repair but it was gross to discover towels that were obviously used, one had what appeared to have excrement on it. No excuse for gross towels.

Dirty towels. Hung to look like they were washed.

Breakfast was very poor. Shower towels had stains in it. One of them had a hole in it. Not going there a second time.

The desk attendant could not look up the reservation so I had to refill everything out again. He couldn't speak English.

Despite being outdated, the room truly was clean and well kept.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but rather the type of people this hotel (and city for that matter) hold.

Comfortable bed, close to our favorite restaurants.

No bathtub, cold bathroom, only 2 towels given for 2 adults, one small rug for big bathroom. Keys kept deactivating.

It was very quiet and easily accessible to town.

The mattress was old and dipped in the center. There was no breakfast; not even the continental breakfast which I was informed the continental breakfast is supposed to always be available regardless of the number of occupants.

Kind of skimpy. No tea, the orange juice was colored water at best.

The elevator probably needs service. It made a loud noise. There was no sign in the elevator when it was last serviced. The ice machine was empty.

It was horrible!!

My room was not cleaned! There is boogers on the couch. Aunts all over my bathroom floor and tub and down stairs they are everywhere!!! My sheets had blood and pee stains !! No one helped us ! Managers were very rude!! And did not get a refund!!! So I recommend to not go there!!!

The hot breakfast was very good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room temperature was comfortableⁿ

There was no heat in the bathroom. It was very cold!

Price

Place is falling apart. Tiles loose in bathroom floors, wallpaper peeling. Carpet loose n bumpy

We liked our room, the beds were comfortable, they served a pretty good breakfast. The staff did their jobs but not really welcoming or friendly.

Location was not the best for us, and lots of construction going on the roads made it a little bit of a bother. But that's not the hotels fault.

Bed was comfortable.

The room was small for a suite. There was some dirty food dried in n the arm tea of the couch. I did report it right away she did not want to look at it. She said someone will come and fix it. No one ever came stayed 2 days. Would not be coming here
