The sheets where torn, the room smelt, the walls & couches where stained and there was dirty clothes left behind in the room.

Location. Checking in /out smooth and efficient. Parking is just enough.

Can hear footsteps from room above, loud disturbing bathroom fans. Water stains (?) whole strip of carpet hallway. Free BF meals closed early and on other days, food ran out early. Kitchen staff need retraining.

Bed was comfortable.

The room was small for a suite. There was some dirty food dried in n the arm tea of the couch. I did report it right away she did not want to look at it. She said someone will come and fix it. No one ever came stayed 2 days. Would not be coming here

The price was reasonable. Breakfast was good.

The room had a strong oder of cleaners likely to mask oders. I thought I was going to leave because of the strong smell. The blanket was worn on the edges, way past due for replacement. A glass picture over the that was broken with half the glass gone.

Location is close to shopping and fast food.

TV screen was cracked so I was moved to another room.

Breakfast too basic, not up to usual Sleep Inn standards

hotel offered hot breakfast when booking but the only food was waffles cereal apples and coffee .we had to by breakfast some where else.

Location was good not far from most things and from our relative

Breakfast was still 30 min and nothing but yogurt n My husband is lactose intolerant and there was nothing for him to eat. The ac was making noise front desk said we are having trouble with all ac. Hubby had 2 ask to see another room no offer

Clean and quiet location. The staff at the desk was awesome!

Housekeeping could use some improvement. I stayed 3 nights and the 1st morning they were knocking on my door just after 10 telling me I was checking out. The next morning, I couldn¿t find anyone to get fresh towels. And they didn¿t have hot breakfast.

It was clean and staff was nice.

me and my girl friend are both handy caped her with multiple sclerosis and me with heart disease and sever copd. our room was on the 2 nd. floor that isn't a problem but the room being at all the way at the other end of the build. was. I have more issue'

Location and front desk staff

Wires exposed on floor lamp; ice bucket had trash and food in it. Only one coffee packet; asked for towels, not received had to go to front desk; housekeeping entered room while occupied without knocking; breakfast was greatly lacking

It was clean

They would not give us our deposit due to saying our room smelled like smoke. Seeing how we did not smoke in the room and stayed two nights. Im super upset they just lied and kept my money. Will never stay there again.

The shower experience. It was really nice. Blow dryer, awesome. Plenty of towels and pillows.

The room was smelly and the doors were so loud and squeaky. I had to remedy both of those issues in order to sleep well. It smelled like ashtray when I arrived and smelled like a cupcake when I left. The neighbors were loud.

The first 3 rooms I was sent to were dirty. I was checking in around 4:00 in the afternoon. Cleaning staff had not finished with them. The young lady at the desk was very nice and apologetic. Not a 2.5 star place to stay.

The fact that once I was asked for my credit card, $100 were held for incidentals but I was never told until it appeared on my bank account. Practiced in the hotel industry very smoothly, since I thought that didn’t happened any more, I never asked,

Dog hairs were reported to the front deck upon arrival then noticed the lamp shade was hanging from the light bulb over the same sofa that was reported with dog hairs. It began to all make since in a way making me thing that the hotel had removed $100

Nothing we had a very bad experience I will not go back to this hotel.

I will not go back to this hotel.There was black bugs on my bed not sure if they were bed bugs I was itching all night,also the curtain was broken,light from the parking lot didn’t let me sleep or daylight in the morning,trash was not cleaned.no towels.

Didnt get to stay they forgot to mention they want 100 dollar deposit..

Front desk very rude & unwelcoming

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. I don’t know the city and could have stayed closer to where I needed to be.

I liked how helpful the staff was and the bed was so comfy!

The walls were too thin, I could hear everything happening next door.
