Hampton Inn Odessa

Front desk and staff very friendly. Hotel very nice and clean, rooms very spacious and clean. Hotel very quiet and peaceful, breakfast was good. Stayed 8/22 - 8/25/25.

Location - central to everything. Room was fine with bar sink and fridge which was nice.

Upon check-in the front desk wanted re-charge us for the pre-paid room. Manager intervened and rectified quickly. Eat early - breakfast items were scarce an hour before breakfast ended.

Proximity to local shopping and the Stonehenge Replica was a definite plus. The free breakfast is also a nice amenity.

I stay in Hampton Inns around the country. This location didn't live up to my normal expectations for this chain. Vending machines dispensed warm soda, room fridge didn't keep anything cold and elevator would take you up to the 3rd floor before lobby.

Beautiful room. quiet, clean.

Breakfast was horrible, carbs only. Boiled eggs and yogurt were the only things that were protein. No eggs except the above, nothing hot but gravy. very poor food choices.

The Comfort

Water smelled horrible in restroom. Also something happened with the lock to our room and had to manually be let leave. Front desk wasn't able to figure out why not even the master key would work. The 7-11 front desk auditor was rude

telephone did not work, was told on the 800 number that they had airport shuttle service which they did not. Had to wait over and hour for a taxi the hotel called for me.

I've always liked the Hampton! , one of the few hotels that still offer smoking rooms, which I appreciate!

I like to have more coffee in the rooms. At least I like to see two of each,

The property was fine, it was the staff at the front office at the time of my check in that was very rude and made it seemed like she didn’t want us to stay there. She even asked me if I was going to stay there or go somewhere else before she ran my card when I had already paid for my room.

Average hotel, nothing bad, nothing good. Very expensive.

Elevator was broken. Our room was on the third floor.

The room smelled great

They gave me a room that was conjoined to another via a door.. because of this I could hear literally everything going on in the next room over. They might as well have been inside my room with me.
