Extended Stay America Select Suites - Odessa

Staff was friendly and helpful

I believe the Hotel is currently being updated and the current amminities are minimal. No comfortable chairs, no blowdrier, no coffie maker.

Can't listen anything

Hotel seemed like a man camp, front desk did nothing about Excessive noise outside my room late in the evening.

Yes i was charged twice never refunded and every one was tude the hotel was close to ---$ s night but is in a high crime and drug area

It was filthy, nothing worked, broken furniture, appliances, not what was described on website. Had fridge, all my food went bad, only freezer worked.2 burner stove top, No dials. No blankets. Just awful!

Stuff was useless. Only answers-i don't know, we don't have.

Dirty worst hotel in the area

Room was dirty fridge with nasty the toilet will not flush remote did not work the shower did not work sink was dirty ppl knocking on your door at 12 and 3 in the morning for drugs and yelling and talking to there self all night and couldn't sleep

The website meant a pool. But definitely not one. Also there is a 50 dollar deposit required at time of check-in that was not mentioned at time of reservation. The A/C didn't work, but did get moved to another room. Beer bottles broken all over paking lot

Leaving

The first room wasn’t cleaned. Beds unmade, trash everywhere. So they gave us a 2nd room that smelled badly of cigarettes. Sheets had old blood stains. Bathroom had old used luffas in the shower. All towels were stained. We left after the first night.

Close to where I needed to be

Run down, duct taped toilet seat , missing drawers from dresser, light switches didn’t work , toilet ran all night, no coffee

Location and price.

The room was extremely dirty. Rather than complain, I cleaned it myself to make sure it was done right. The toilet had urine stains all over the back of the seat and the bottom of the bowl. Floor needed to be mopped. Furniture had crumbs and water stains.

dirty, dirty sheets, dirty floory,,heat did not work in room 206 and they said.sorry but cant fix..

Overall everything was pleasant. The staff was great. I'd recommend to anyone who needed a lasted minute stay.

Had no problems

Suspicious people hanging out at all hours of the night. No maid service.

Air conditioning was cold

Everything besides the air conditioner

Nothing!

Everything!

There was nothing I liked about it.Actually, I left an hour after getting there

Roaches everywhere, ghetto.People outside my door meant at hours of the night at my door

nothing it was cheap

roaches methheads drug paraphernalia dirty sheets

bad staff had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and no one fixed it

terrible

The staff was nice

The room didn’t seem cleaned or prepared for us to stay in. We had two dirty towels and the bolt to the cross lock was broken off. Beds were clean-ish. The quilt had what looked like a cigarette burn in it.

There was no breakfast thr rooms was dirty I had food left in the rooms the AC and heat didnt work the plug outlet was burnt the bed had stains and hole every where in them it was horrible

Bad

The place is good value for the price , but what caused my bad rating is the incosistence of the staff working there , charging more money hiding behind of not knowing how or not having the way to honor the rates we got online booking, you have to be there within the hours that the only guy who can manage their system is working otherwise the service is terrible and not helpful at all
