BED BUGS!!!!!!!! SWITCHED ROOMS FROM #104 DUE TO BED BUGS. FRONT DESK WAS RUDE ABOUT IT WHEN I SHOWED PICTURES AND THE BEDBUGS DEAD ON A TISSUE.

It was close to the hospital that my sister is in.

Yes. The only thing good about it was the sheets were clean. We did stay all night, we were exhausted from our travels. But the whole room was dirty, very dirty. I took pictures to prove it. The worse thing is, the lady called me entitled.

The man working the front desk was very nice and helpful when I had to move rooms due to ac issues

The ice machine was broken, ac didn’t work in my first room, and the room just had a general yucky feeling

The Attendant that assisted with Check -in... She was very nice and friendly.

The Room was infested with roaches! Soon as we turned the lights on, we became aware of bugs, on the Bed, floor and walls!

just a little noisy being close to the highway and being a motel basccally with your room entry door exposed to the outside

the front desk clerk was fantastic. She has a great personality, was very informative, great sense of humor and friendly.

The room was older with older outdated d�cor, dirty baseboards, and lots of cob webs. The ac unit made a loud buzzing, humming noise which made it hard to sleep, bed was absolutely terrible. The old kinf with springs I'm assuming, not comfortable at all.

Honesty the exterior of the hotel was really run down and old. Landscaping needs work,full of overgrown vegetation. Staff didn¿t have uniforms and did not present themselves in a professional matter. Interior of the room were decent a lot better than ext.

No hairdryer, coffee maker didnt work in room. Advertised as full breakfast only warm thing was waffles No juice Not much breakfast food.

There¿s was nothing that I liked. The front desk area had been remodeled but the rooms needed updating.

There were bedbugs which I inconveniently came home with.

Clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked great.

Traffic was very loud from highway.

Nothing. This place is like the Bates Motel.

This hotel is a nightmare. It is not at all like the pictures. False advertisement. The entire area was sold out and we had no where else to go. Every guest we encountered was equally horrified by the place

Quiet. Once I figured out how to adjust the shower and that the radiant heater in the box was the only way to get heat, I had a hot shower and a warm room. Plenty of parking, I was able to unload & load the car directly into my room.

Spartan. No carpet. No clear indications the wall mounted AC/heater didn't work, so it wasn't til the 3rd night I realized I had to get the radiant heater out of the box & plug it in.

I liked that the hotel check in process was easy and the room had most of the basic economy amenities.

The hotel did not provide the basic economy amenities like a coffee maker or blow dryer. There is no warning until you arrive that there will be a required deposit of $40-$100. Also, there was blood on the bathroom wall.

Location was fine, but that¿s about it

Almost everything, starting with the girl who checked me in. I stood in front her for at least 2 minutes before she looked at and acknowledged me.

There was no wifi I'm the rooms as advertised, it is only in the reception area and the hotel didn't do anything about that even after complaining to them. The house phone in the room wasn't working and the staff didn't have any idea about it too.

Staff was friendly. Location and price.

Room needs updating which they are in the process of doing.

Hotel was nasty and has bed bugs!! My son had to go to ER after our stay here because he has bed big bites all over him. On 3 different types of medications from our stay here!! Staff told me they couldn't and wouldn¿t do anything!!! Stay away!!

Didn¿t like anything about this bug infested place!! HORRIBLE and I hope no one ever stays here again!! DON¿T DO IT!!!

Bedside lamps did not work....Both switches were broken....reported to desk on the first day of our week long stay.....Never fixed

Too close to a highway that is under construction.

I heard the people next door constantly.

It had been recently painted and there was still blue tape on some things and the smoke alarm was missing. Electric plugs were loose. We think there were bugs in the bed. Overall not at all up to standard.
