The concrete steps to acess the room were unlevel and covered in mud. Took 5 to 10 min to get shower warm. The electric outlets did not have covers.

Roaches , filth, mold, no smoke detectors or they didn't work, door didn't lock in one of the rooms but the poor man that was behind the counter did fix that.

Location and price?

I've stayed here a few times now, on this occasion, there was no breakfast available at all other than a pot of coffee. Considering this is a very humble breakfast setup to begin with, it's just sad.

They are remodeling so there are limited rooms available. My door didn¿t lock all the way and several times I had to get my key rekeyed

I would not recommend this place

The hotel is pretty run down but this is my second stay there and the room I was in was remodeled and much nicer. In addition, they had made the breakfast slightly better where there was actually some milk and yogurt available

Nothing! Horrible experience! Did not stay one night. We were in the room 15 minutes and could not stay. Refund was denied! Clerk said We should have called ahead to get an overall description of room, we did and she was the one we spoke to!

Toilet seat, TV, towel rack broken, paint was pealing off the walls, sat on end of bed and the head of the bed popped up, deadbolt lock not secured, daylight could be seen around door, air conditioner made loud noises. Stairs rusted! Terrible!

The room had around 30 dead and alive crickets in it. Also the hand rails on the stairs were so dirty I didn¿t want to touch it We didn¿t stay there it was so bad

Pet friendly and affordable. The floors in my room where some sort of fake wood that is definitely pet proof. Comfortable bed and the AC blows cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the star level in price, it's about what I expected.

No working ice machine. No towels in the room initially I had to go ask for them. No coffee in room, the provided breakfast is a few types of cereal and some yogurt.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The room was not in great condition. There was a large gap in the door that allowed bugs to enter and it was poorly lit due to a lack of light bulbs.

Floors were still wet and bed was wet from whatever they sprayed on it. Plus there were nats flying around. They charge $12 for each stained towel/sheet....isn't that what we pay for already? Is Like they come up wit any excuse to keep your deposits

Hotel was dirty and had to ask for clean towel and for room to be serviced mold in bathroom and ¿breakfast¿ consisted of cereal and out of date milk

Staff was nice!

Room has bugs i found roaches and crickets in my room! ( 6 bugs total) i wasn¿t able to have a goodnight sleep at all!

The location

the room was terrible, some electrical outlets did not work, the towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was not secured to the toilet, the shower was dirty,the security door latch was loose. I was charged a $40 cash deposit.

The price was outstanding...minor repairs needed to the room...friendly staff....clean rooms....would recommend

Had to go to another hotel because the hotel I booked was having problems on the ground level floor so I didn't get my room. The other hotel {Relax Inn} sucked....

Staff was friendly and room very clean with frig and microwave. Pet friendly was a plus

The first night I about froze. No heat. The next morning I reported it and it never got fixed. Moved to better room. Shower didn¿t work and toilet had to be turned on and off because it has issues. Did not bother reporting it.

Housekeepers are excellent. Service for maintenance like fixing stuff is fast, and efficient. Service Desk is helpful and attentive. Stay is excellent. I do not have any reason not to go back to this hotel in the future.
