The friendly staff.

The a/c unit not and refrigerator were noisy. There was no swimming pool as stated online.

I was not given a room.I was told at check-in that I was put on the restricted list.When I asked what was the reason for that,They said they couldn't give me one.I will never book a room there again!!!!!

Quiet, clean, well appointed, fluffy towels

I had to tote my multiple luggage into elevator then down hallway.

No parking areas especially when you pull a trailer,I have stayed there 2 different times for 4 nights each asked for my room to be cleaned and they didn¿t had to get go down and get towels

The rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable.

No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, no dishwashing liquid. Front desk? Totally unresponsive. More concerned with sayings from a piece of paper rather than assisting the customer. Good luck doing laundry, only 1 of 4 machines work. Welcome to Texas

Room was big

Key wouldn¿t open back door even though it had green light when I used it stayed 4 nights asked for room to be cleaned once and they didn¿t had to get more towels myself no front parking to load and unload luggage

All was good, a busy place for oil and gas worker's. Receptionist was great and had good peoples skills.

Nothing to worry about

There was some issues when I arrived with not having rooms available. It was a little annoying. But the manager made sure I got a clean room and was doing the best he could, under the circumstances. I stay here often with my dog, and always great people.

Never checked in. Had to wait hours for a room to be cleaned at 11:00pm. Filthy, staff on drugs.

The location was great and the room was spacious.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible and it looked like someone had vomited in the elevator and instead of cleaning it up they just put a caution sign over it.

It was clean, staff very friendly. Hotel location was easy to get to

The accommodations were what I would expect from the brand.

This location has more extended stay customers because of the oil/gas industry in the area. Kids will be kids, but the common areas were not as maintained and cleaned as I would expect from an IHG brand hotel.

Friendly staff, room was clean, bed is very comfortable and shopping is right across the street.

Desk staff efficiency, friendliness..helpfulness.

Very minor detail..fully equipped kitchen needed pot holder & dish towels. We Used bath hand towel for hot teapot.

The room was clean and had lots of space , I liked it had everything I would need . Such as microwave and refrigerator. Hotel Is close to several fast food places and a Walmart at walking distance

I did not like that the customer service was not professional during check in they had cell phones ringing w in appropriate music playing , and the girls did not know what they were doing . They should have more training .

Great rooms friendly staff close to Walmart . Air conditioning is good no complaints

No ice maker

Very spacious and clean rooms a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers an excellent exercise room and perfect location for whatever you need.
