The rooms and hotel was nice loved the indoor pool and good hot breakfast

The staff was nice and helpful, and I loved the cleanliness overall.

The spa was broken and they were waiting for a part so we didn't get to use it.

Pool/ Jacuzzi cold and looked dirty Room service was hard to reach, had to ask a few times/ trash not thrown, towels/ paper were not replenished in timely manner.

yes...sticky floor, smelled bad, bathroom sink did not drain well. very yucky feeling from the time we opened the door. smell was not good. will not stay there again

The pool was not clean or restocked on towels the pool water was super ice cold so made it hard to be in. Stayed in the hot tub.

The clerk wS very friendly and courtious. Room was nice and clean .

We were charged for parking. We had stayed at this location before and were never charged. It was not disclosed we had to pay for parking. Lights out in the bathroom and no ice available.

Did not communicate that the indoor pool was out of order. Which is one of the main reasons we booked 3 rooms at this location. Did not offer any discount or future discount. Me and my family will avoid this location for our next visit.

I loved the location of this hotel for the purpose of my visit. The staff was friendly, even though understaffed. The public spaces are open and clean. Our room was spacious and well equipped.

I was surprised and disappointed to find that breakfast was not offered on the weekend. I influenced other family members (5 rooms) to also stay here for an event and was very apologetic towards them. Also, some rooms didn't have enough bath towels!

Nothing. It was completely misrepresented by previous customer reviews. I chose this hotel because of the cleanliness rating and the hot breakfast, of which we did not receive either. Breakfast was a brown bag with water, a piece of fruit and a muffin.

The room was filthy. I have pictures of the poor attempt at housekeeping. I started cleaning then stopped and requested to be moved out of this filth. Getting in the hotel was terrible because of all of the detours and road construction.

We prefer Hilton hotels due to the amenities and usually it¿s a clean facility.

There was blood on the floor in the bathroom by the shower . Also, the web site advertised a hot buffet breakfast, which to our surprise the hotel did not offer this due to ¿Covid¿ and I say this because no one, including the staff had on masks.

Staff was friendly, room was above average and overall was a nice place to stay.

We stayed five days. We had to ask them for additional towels and soap and to empty the trash cans that were overflowing after two days. No hot breakfast was provided any day, only brown bag

BLOODY BANDAID IN BATHTUB ON CHECK IN PAID --/night more/night for their "BETTER"breakfast vs Wyndham or Fairfield. NO BREAKFAST water/small muffin wkdays nothing on wkend. FALSE ADVERTISING. FRONT DESK:"EVERYONE IS MAD"BEEN DOING THIS 7MTHS.

The rooms where really nice and location was not in a bad area

Yes the walls are every thin I was watching tv in the room and I would hear snoring . I turned down tv all the way and the person in the room right beside us was snoring so loud that it felt he was in my room . I attempted to call no answer at 2:45 am .

Everything. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and stocked with all necessities. It was perfect for a short getaway. We were able to enjoy the pool, basketball, and BBQ area.

The first time we stayed one elevator was not working. The second time the reason we stayed here was for the hot tub and that didn't work.

Friendly staff with an excellent room. Perfect for us because we had a lot of stuff for our infant. Quick walk to the ballpark as well! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Midland.
