Location. Location was good as it was on the edge of town and there was not a lot of traffic to deal with.
They have no real space to park if you’re traveling with a trailer. The room needed work as there was a hole in the wall and no smoke detector. And waking up to a beetle, a cockroach and a grasshopper in your room at 6am is not the ideal way to start the day.

Worst hotel I haved stayed in. Was not worth what I paid.
Smoke smell, stained sheets, torn dirty towels, trash can outside overflowing. Front glass door broken. Breakfast was terrible. Just cold items.
Don't stay here
Holes in walls and comforter. They allow other guests to enter our room. And the side door key pad was broken and homeless person was walking around opening doors to find a bathroom. I did not feel safe and checked out and asked for a refund
