The staff's lack of concern when I reported a mouse in the room; they provided no help or options whatsoever. I left and drove back to DFW, 350 miles to my home arriving at 12:30 a.m. I am 72 years old.

Friendly staff

Everytime I stay there I get bites I think they have an infestation of bedbugs.

The employees are very prompt and polite

Not cleaned no ashtray the pipes under the sink and toilet were making loud noises and shaking all night

Everything. It was filthy and stinky. Ridiculous to pay almost ----$ for a horrendous fleabag room. I had to get a blanket from my car to sleep on the bedding was so gross. Felt like I had smoked a pack of cigarettes -the smell was so bad.

Only thing best was near movie theater and 15 min drive to wrk office.

Everything was old. Bed was hard, ceiling looked like it had a bad leak with water stains on it. Shower and restroom tiles were old and dirty. Towels are very old and worn out. Last was it was near a train track that had train blast horn late at nigh

Old building in disrepair, sheets and pillow didn't seem to be cleaned, Lights bulbs were missing, Pictures show in the website are way better, expensive for what you get.

Discussing place, bed bugs,cockroaches and bugs all over the place.everything was yellow and filthy encluded towels and sheets. Stay away from this filthy place and spent your money a better place.

Nothing at all. Front desk people were rude & rudely threw the hotel key at my girlfriend & hit her for no reason when she was checking into the hotel. There were no prior confrontations or bad words or anything. It was completely unexpected.

Mold all over the bathroom ceiling. At 10:00 AM (Checkout is 11), the front desk people knocked on our door. I was asleep & my girl was showering, so before I could get to the door, they unlocked it themselves & walked into our room telling us to get out.

Everything was dirty especially the bathroom also the AC was making loud sound and I couldn't sleep. i mean my experience there was to bad.

They had beds and running water. Didn't see any bugs.

The general atmosphere was scary. Even my husband was nervous, and not much makes him nervous! One out of eight lights, one worked. Had to plug in the fridge. No breakfast.

Room was clean and warm and quiet

Few amenities Towels too small Kept having problems with the door lock. Cards kept deactivating. Every time we came back to the room we would have to go to the office to have them reactivated

Nasty, disgusting dirty room. No lock chain on door, unsanitary tub.

The staff was very rude, my husband got a late check out and we went to go eat and came back to have us locked out of our room and we had to pay another 45 dollars to get our stuff out and I have 2 babies and all their stiff was in there.not ever going ba

quiet, and reasonable, but no services like coffee, donuts, nothing.

smoking rooms are upstairs and no services.

The desk clerk was very pleasant,A.c. worked great,tv was huge

Dirty bathroom.feces or vomit on the wall by toilet.soap wrapper behind bathroom door even after they cleaned it.for the price I didn't expect much but clean would be nice.I would stay here again
