Staff, not the reception lady, were very nice.

It has cockroaches, looks like a 3 year old tried to fix the bathroom

It is nothing like the pictures in their website. It is really badly maintained. Bed was broken. The comforter was ripped. The shower looked like somebody just threw potting mix in it, and the bathroom mirror was set at a 45 degree angle. Cockroaches.

The employee was rude. The outside trash was overflowing. One of the stairs was mess up

I hated the place the night I checked in the female owner.. treated me so poorly I was crying from intense pain from a sunburn and she made sure to try and humiliate me.. I will never stay again

convient location and price and Denny's and Exxon next door.

only good thing was that the a/c worked properly, unlike at a previous hotel

couldn't find any staff to get checked in; took five minutes of ringing the bell and the phone number went to a voicemail system loop; room was cramped and the quality of the building/facility was subpar

Heater wouldn't stay on. I had to get up freezing 3 or 4 times to turn it back on...

Nothing. Very unhappy with the stay.

Holes on the walls, old sheets, towels and pillows, stains on the walls, water came out brown when i turned it on but eventually came out clear, no fire alarm detector (was pulled out and covered with a rag), lobby was ugly and so much more to say. Not to mention that the manager tried to deny my stay because i didnt wanna give him a personal deposit because he assumed i would smoke in the room. Thanks to customer service from Booking.com they were able to get me my room. Much more to say about the place

Big yellow stains on the wrinkled sheets. Shared the room with a family of cockroaches. Surely a hotel has to provide you with a clean room free of infestation. No apology on checkout. Tried to ask for a refund no response. I slept on top of the bed with my clothes on. Did not use the shower either.

Nice staff. She was very friendly and courteous. AC/ heater in room was excellent. Still need to clean up some remodel work. Paint trim, caulk tile etc.

Water did not get hot anytime day or night. Towels where old and thin. As well as the bed pillows only 2 very flat 2 lights had no bulbs

It's older, but they've done a great job remodeling the inside. It was spotless and comfortable.

The location wasn't convenient for our needs, but I would still book it again if in the area.

Price

Staff was horrible, no coffee no do not disturb sign. Pets welcomed but want to charge fee and pet had to be under 20 lbs. Requested a down stairs room and they said they did not have any. The parking lot was about empty. They still had the old sign up.

The price could have been a little cheaper and to get in and out of the room could have been a little bit easier ramp wise
