Car was towed because parking on one side of hotel is not allowed. Didn't see sign on arrival late at night.

Rust on almost everything metal. Sheets were stained. There is no place to drive in a check in. If the few spots in front are full you have to park in back and walk around. Room was not what I booked.

I was disappointed this time because I was actually bitten by bed bugs... I've stated this hotel multiple times when visiting in Midland but due to the bed bug issue I will not be coming back

I got bit by bed bugs in the first room... room 313... They moved me to a new room 305 did not have that issue but shouldn't have to be concerned about getting bit

Nice linens and towels. Fairly quiet for the location. Updated rooms. Nice night staff. Good housekeeping - very clean. High ceilings.

Room was guest abused - with carpet pulled up. Lights out around bathroom vanity. Shoddy room maintenance with loose towel rack and broken toilet paper roll holder and two staples holding up a baseboard.

The beds were horrible. There were finger prints all over the window. There was mold in the bathtub.

Lighting could be better. Some of the commons areas needed some paint and repair. One light was out over the vanity.

The cleanliness and closeness to the freeway and gas location.

The staff was not friendly at at all. We said good morning and got no response. The food was not good except for the bagels and coffee, they were both good. Also, it was confusing trying to get there because of the turns to the location.

Yes toilet in our room was plugged up and host made a comment that I could get a plunger and try to fix it, room was also dirty

The hotel was clean, quiet and trendy.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Rare moment.

It was very clean with all the amenities anyone would need and it was quite and in a perfect location to the baseball field we were playing at.

It's kind of annoying that we had to put up a $100.00 deposit which is put on your credit card in case of vandalism. I know this probably happens, but when we checked out we didn't know for sure if we would get that refunded or not. I guess well know in

Staff wasn't the best at times..and house keeping needs help

It was in a good location

No one came to make our bed or replace our towels. The hallway smelled like wet carpet and was horrible. The ladies at the front desk were no help and acted as though they didn’t want to be there

Lobby was clean

The carpet was stained a frayed. It had not been vacuumed on the second day I asked for it to be vacuumed and was told the cleaning staff was gone for the day. The furniture appeared to be second hand.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet.

The staff was short with me on check in, but they were fast at least. The morning staff was more welcoming.

The a/c went out I called the front desk to let them know and no one came to check it out and had to sleep in a room with no air conditioning the last night of my stay

The hotel was suite-style with a full-size fridge and stove. The bed was comfortable. The elevator door hit my watch and knocked it out of the band, and then the samsung gear2 fell into the elevator shaft; down 3 floors! The FD girl had no maint. on cal

The TV was small for the size room. The bathtub looked abused and not maintained. The ice machine was downstairs. The worst thing was the elevator: It closed too quickly and at one point hit my wrist while I was carrying my bags.
