- The manger Brenda was terrible no one time did they come clean the room at all we had to go down stairs and grab are own towels we had throw are own trash we had stayed 5 days

I liked the location of the hotel.
Breakfast was fair could have been better, it was really cold.

The night staff sucked. The man there at knight refused to make any coffee and did not have your 24 hour coffee service only because he was lazy and refused to do anything. Either needs to be retrained or find another job in the hotel. I had to get dressed and 18° weather and go to a local store to get coffee hot coffee at 4:30 in the morning because he refused to do his job. Unacceptable. The staff when we checked in was outstanding don’t know what this guy’s problem was but you need to investigate this.
Room conditions are very worn out. Was not at the level of even a motel six as far as the condition of the room. Yes it had to sit in couch. The bed was semi comfortable, but the condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable
