The staff was excellent. I had stayed here before and they remembered me when I walked in. Breakfast is a plus. The room was very large and clean.

Room smell roaches bed

The room was nice and clean.

The WiFi was terrible. Didn't work 90% of the time. Housecleaning took my bag of dirty laundry and I believe threw it away thinking it was trash. I enquired about it several times and kept being told they would ask about it and never heard anything back

Horrible rude staff. Completely incompetent. My cash deposit was lost as soon as I placed it . I will never go back and will tell everyone how horieible those three can be .

Check in staff was friendly

Maintenance is poor. Linens are stained and worn. Definitely not a 3 star hotel experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel. There were bugs found in the bed. There was a concern for our safety as a group of intoxicated male guests were banging on our door. The manager augured with me about he bugs when we asked to cancel the reservation.

Had to get a new key card each day even though I had reserved the room for several days. Lobby had no attendant at the desk for approx. 10 minutes until I called the front desk phone number. I could have robbed you blind if I were that type of person.

The grounds and hotel were nicely kept up, the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and the price was right!

Pool availability, it was not due to recent ice storms. At least that is what I was told.

It was clean. The staff was helpful. The location for my business purposes was great. Close to clients. It is not the best hotel in town but honestly all of the hotels are overpriced and this was all I need. Clean, room, bed, and shower.

Nice staff.The eggs were cooked in butter which was a plus.I am allergic to soy.The bacon was cooked perfectly.I cannot eat gluten so I didn't eat anything else and cannot evaluate.

There were only individual coffee "creamers"I am allergic to soy.There was no dairy-such as half and half for coffee.I am a world traveler-I have been to 37 countries. There were NO hangers and was told that guests steal them so none available.The iron sputtered water all over and the brown non stick surface was scraped. It put brown spots on my white blouse. I had to go to Walmart to purchase an iron and some hangers.I later needed the hair dryer. It would not turn on. I was told by staff that they would send "him" to my room. I waited at least half an hour and no one showed up. I then made another trip to Walmart to purchase a hairdryer. Upon return to my room, someone had removed the hair dryer from the wall and left a replacement hairdryer sitting on the sink. I assume they came back after my check out next day to bolt the replacement to the wall.This was all very stressful as I was trying to get ready to present a speech, so my personal appearance was important to me.The entire experience gave me the impression that the owner is too cheap to provide adequate things for his guests.I felt sorry for the nice staff as they most likely have to deal with dissatisfied guests on a daily basis.I would NEVER stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was very unpleasant; I stayed for two days and the room was never cleaned.

I also asked them for help with the invoice to present to the company where I work, and the manager told me she couldn't give me the invoice because I made the reservation through an app. I explained that the app has a section where it asks if I want the invoice and I select "yes," but it was impossible for her to understand.

Exterior falling apart, open door hangs up had to push hard, very bad odor inside room spray covering cigarette odor, plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector, bathroom door would not close, note on wall do not flush toilet paper or anything put in trash. Unreal. Bed spring popped. Must say very happy toLeave.

The employees were super nice !

We were in a smoking room, which unfortunately I didn’t notice that’s the one I booked. It just didn’t at all feel clean. Very musty almost.
