West Texas Inn & Suites with Kitchenette

The professionalism of the staff. Went 9ut of their way to help when room I reserved wasn't available. Free breakfastbasic but very good.

Only problem was door acted up but I think that was due to the cold weather.

Nothing, very weird lay out! Two bathrooms in same room, pocket doors with locks that didn't work, only thing keeping someone out of room was a small desk, very bad chemical odor!!!

The staff was very nice my room was horrible leak threw wall had to stop my shower hole in bathroom wall TV didn't get wifi

My room was horrible and was made to stop shower for leak threw the wall flooded under sink no re fund or anything

Th lots were well lite and they were doing renovations to the room and are starting to look wonderful. Once they are finished it will look great!!

Breakfast was a couple of selections of cereal and waffle maker and a loaf of bread. I didn't get much chance to look at anything else because the man behind the counter asked me what room i was in and then told me I didn't match my picture. Very rudely implied I was someone from the street stealing food from him.

Staff cooties have been MUCH friendlier. MUCH less accusatory. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.. this place is a dump, drop tile ceiling falling in in places. Blinds mangled and broken to the point anyone walking by could just look right in. If you value privacy, don't stay here. Wifi barely worked and when it did was so slow was almost unusable. My room faced the setting sun so ac could barely keep up. If I could have gotten refund I definitely would have

The decor was very nice. Beds were comfortable.

Had an overall great experience and plan to go back. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had concerns about my fridge and they addressed my concerns promptly. They were considerate, respectful and responsive!

Onsite washer left the clothes a little too soaked and dryer left the clothes a bit damp.

The blinds completely blacked out the room. Was absolutely amazing to sleep in!

Stove didn’t work and asked the front desk multiple times to have someone come look at it or move us to a room with a working one and never got either.

they were remodeling so there was banging all day, i work the night shift so i sleep almost all day... they also told me i couldn't have any guests and is i did each person needed to bring their ids to the front n i needed to pay more, i had my brother in law over for 2 hours and they immediately called and said for him to leave or me to pay like wtf? they watched my room the entire time i was there almost like someone was specifically watching the cameras all the time...creepy and to much especially considering i left the next day and got my deposit...oh thats another thing, deposit not mentioned but charged at check in

Rooms was still dirty from renovation, microwave was missing, not enough plugs for TV, refrigerator and desk.
