Cautious staff, clean rooms

Pool was out of service. No bananas at breakfast.

Very dirty, bath and sink drain very slow. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Hairs on pillows. Breakfast is a joke.

Majority of everything! Room, carpet dirty, no face towels, no room phone, damaged clothes rack, no walk-in shower in handicap room, smell in room, no room service. Returning to the room after a funeral and the room had not been cleaned. No one cared!

The sheets were dirty and the shower was nasty.

Dirty room , cobwebs, no toilet seat, smelled of old cigarettes, hair on bed, look like something got shot and bleed out on carpet, frig not working and entire hotel very nasty!! Booked for 2 days wanted to leave but was late and nothing else around ,

Hotel charged me for the 2 nights even though I cancelled my stay. Also talked to booking agent . No help at all they couldn¿t even speak English.

Room booked was not available. Since I was traveling alone, I did not mind. The room given instead was a mess. Shoes left behind from previous guest. Filthy refrigerator. Shelves torn off closet wall laying in floor. Extremely noisy and smelly.

We thought we were booking at a La Quinta, but when we got to the property it had been rebranded to Executive Inn.

Many of the doors were opened with the security latch blocking the room from locking.

The ac was cold and the water was hot. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms were very dirty once you looked around and under stuff. Unknown stains and even found a hundred dollar bill the maids would have found if they cleaned. Pool was closed due to five which is a bad joke at this point, and gym equipment was broken.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom curtain had lots of stains and the floor had not been swept. Staff was not friendly. There was no breakfast, even though description said they had hot breakfast. Not just no hot breakfast, but no breakfast at all!

No hot breakfast. In fact no breakfast at all. I booked 3 queen rooms but when I got there. I had 2 queen rooms and 1 king. So my grandson had to sleep on the couch. Which didn’t fold out.

First room had no AC moved to 2nd room and it was so hot and humid the sheets felt wet. Unacceptable. I could not sleep. I will think twice before booking again unless guaranteed AC is properly working.

It was fine. The night employee was very nice. There was only @8 rooms being used, so hotel was very quiet. Lol.

Little details: lots of dust on the bathroom baseboards. The sheets were pretty thin, but bed was comfortable. May sound silly: the bed skirts need to be ironed REALLY BAD. Two bulbs out in bathroom...you know the cleanings lady saw them.

Location to Waco was about a 25 minute drive away. The price was very competitive. Rooms, staff was what we expected.

We did have to locate to a different room due to an ac glitch. The staff did take care of us with this problem.

The person at the desk was friendly when I arrived.

The parking lot was filled with people who were partying loud & drunk. It was bizarre. No restaurants deliver to the hotel, so I had to drive into town. Its a very sketchy area to say the least. There were dead bugs behind the door & the room was run down

Location, cleanliness, and an exceptionally friendly staff.

There was breakfast included which was acceptable, but could have been more organic.

The hotel owner was very helpful during a very busy weekend, he made accommodations to trade our rooms with another customer so that we could have double beds.

the girls at the desk were nice and helpful, the manager was very dishonest and greedy.

The manager or owner knew the room I was booked into had not working heat. It was 37 degrees that night. When I was put in another room next door he promptly rented it out to another family!! He had denied he was going to!

Breakfast included hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage) & typical continental items. Very fresh; hot items were hot! Location is near a well-traveled state highway, but not at the main interchange with Marlin, TX; therefore very QUIET!!!!! loved it

Parking lot is a little small when hotel is fully occupied. There were several large commercial vehicles and truck with livestock trailer that took up more than one parking space each. But, this is a minor inconvenience.

Great location, breakfast was better than I expected. Eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.

This hotel was super clean dispite the plague of crickets outside! The staff were great! Breakfast had a good selection.

The crickets outside are my only complaint.
