Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls

Quiet, clean & friendly staff

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 2 years and each time have found it clean, updated and accommodating. This will be our go to hotel anytime we need one in Marble Falls. For the price it has been an excellent stay.

Close to town

Was very outdated, poor upkeep, not very clean, strong smell or cigarette smoke.

Housekeeping was very nice and did there best

There were very large crickets in our room. The hair dryer was broken and the couldn't replace it. The other people staying were loud and having parties in the parking lot.

Location, friendly staff

My room was surface clean. Giant toenail clipping in bathroom that was not mine. Cleaned my room despite signs saying they only clean if asked.

A/C didn?t work and front desk gave a weak resolution option. To, ?clean the filters?.

The bed was comfortable.

Too expensive for what you got. Aged motel, poor breakfast, traffic noise, smelly air conditioners was musty, dog barking in room next door.

It was a convenient location.

The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. Had to ask sheets to be changed and had to wash our feet off before we could put on our shoes and this was after a shower.

Shower needed repair. Notified staff upon leaving. Hotel employee from N Dakota was wonderful

The staff.

It was noisy after hours, the floor layout was dangerous with unexpected obstacles. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our own luggage upstairs. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Works for overnight stays. Cold air good clean bed

Easy to get to location.

The TV service was horrible. Super Slow channel changing, poor channel selection. Garbage, I had to shut it off.

It was definitely an older motel but has been completely remodeled and is better maintained than even some newer hotels. For the price it can¿t be beat.

Toilets are lower than standard height but all in all no complaints.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was obvious that this was an older motel but it had been completely renovated including the parking lot and all was extremely clean. Breakfast was adequate for my husband but I have to do gluten free

There was nothing about the hotel that I could complain about, including the price that was so much more affordable than other hotels in the area.

The room was dirty, hairs on the towels. Room smelled musty and needed to be dusted. The bed was as hard as a rock, woke up with a backache. Didn¿t feel safe to n that room. Was a waste of money.

Handicapped. Needed a down stairs room which was not available.

Very clean (and smelled clean) Staff was very nice. Easy ingress/ egress. Room was very quiet for being on the highway. In fact we slept longer than usual. Also the curtains were very effective ( important to me) Really, couldn¿t ask for more.

Hotel room was dirty, out dated

Didn't like nothing about this hotel felt very unsafe there was too many working men around all night a party what's up with my gun cuz I feel very unsafe

Did not like anything about this place becomes very unsafe could have stayed at a Motel 6 and probably been safer but I had protection and I've never put my child in a situation like that again
