The lady at desk was very nice she had great customer service

VERY NASTY THE ROOM SMELLS LIKE NASTY SMOKE NASTY LAMPS LIGHTS DID NOT WORK THE DOOR HAD A BIG GAP UNDER IT BATHROOM FLOOR HAD TRASH THE BATHROOM DOOR HAD BAD SCRATCHES ON IT LIKE A TIGER ATTACHED IT TUB WAS STAINED BAD NO FITNESS EQUIPMENT

The AC was cold even though it was LOUD!

Oh where to begin! Once I entered the hotel, the receptionist seemed annoyed that we interrupted her meal. The hallways smelled like mildew. The room had cracks in the ceiling, the lampshade had some type of growth and fluid on it. SO much more!

Key didn’t work. I had a total of 6 keys from the staff; they had to come up each night to get me into my room. The edge of the bathroom door and wall was sticky. Hall smelled damp and dusty. Ice machines only on 2 floors. Parking too far from room.

We like everything about the hotel.

Yes! The elevator wasnt working & there?s no clock anywhere in the swimming pool. The back door entrance was jamming up everytime you use the card.

Daily room cleaning

The pool closed for cleaning. The elevator went out and we had to use the stairs for the last two days

Room was dirty. Bathtub dirty and broken. Hotel charged me $300 addition fee for no reason and has yet to refund me

The person working the front desk was very nice

The air conditioner didn?t work, it was dirty. Very noisy

Nothing staff is extremely rude and radical

Overall I have nothing good to say front desk staff super rude and acted like we were a inconvenience to ask for towels or anything never will stay here again

When I booked the room,I booked the delux king which according to the wwebsite it was supposed to have a jacuzzi in the room. When I got to the hotel I was told that the rooms with the jacuzzi were a different price and they gave me what I booked.

The hotel was clean. Offered an acceptable breakfast. Room was good sized.

The bed in my room needs the mattress replaced. You could feel every spring in it. At 1am the in room smoke detector started chirping. The pillows were plentiful but all except one were small and the largest one was extremely flat.

It was closest to our cousin's house.

Front Desk staff wasn't friendly. There was cockroach dying in hall way. Paint smell in room & hotel Not enough shampoo and conditioner. Have to go to the front desk to get extra towel since towels were limited. There was no hair dryer. List goes

The A/c worked wonderfully

Besides all the yelling outside at all times of the night & day. We were put into a room that I did not book- they changed it. The next day we came back to our rm & our bathroom was flooded & water dripping from the ceiling. No phone cord to phone, 3 Rms!

At first is was the staff, the cleanliness, the location, and the other guests.

There was this one person who tried to ruin our stay our last two days there. A black woman working at the front. She was very rude, customer service was poor. I left my room key in my fiancée¿s Venice and needed another one, she gave me such a hard time.

The toilet was leaning sideways and small. Something you should never find ina. 2.5 star hotel. The alarm kept sounding even though it wasn't turned on. Staff called the room waking us up. The hot tub wasn't hot. The gym equipment didn't work.

I like the cleanliness, the staff, the front desk staff, the location, and the fact that they have real complimentary breakfast! It¿s close to everything!

It was very quite being close to a major highway. Room was quite adequate and moderately updated. I like having a coffee machine in room but was surprised at no hair dryer.

The location was ok but sort of hard to find if you did not look up directions before hand. Could not see it from the road way.

breakfast bar was so so. premade egg patties! good sausage good biscuits. juice machine puts out watered down tasteless juice. no yogurt or cheese available. when i arrived near closing time 10 minutes before there was only 2 items left. not good
