Price, location, staff was friendly

Elevator was down for 2 days, our room bathroom door was completely coming apart on the bottom.

Good hot breakfast variety

There were no towels nor a shower curtain in the room after check in. Had to ask several times to bring them and install the shower curtain

It was clean and conformable. The beds are nice. The bathrooms are spacious and nice.

I enjoyed my stay overall. I do think housekeeping should be advised that travelers use hotels for sleep and rest; therefore,housekeeping should be quite in the hallways as they are cleaning rooms. The housekeepers woke me up with loud talking.

Good location. Clean. Good breakfast. In this heat, A/C worked great! Comfortable beds. Plenty of space in room.

Staff said need time to clean. Checked in so late, have to sit there over 30 mins, until 3:20pm. Saw several customers waited over three hours, one is angry to cancel it.

The pool needs updating and could have been cleaner.

Location is great. Easy access and not too much road noise.

Outside noise is quite limited. Inside noise not so much. Fairly thin walls.

The rooms were a good size and seemed clean.

When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk for several minutes and there were 3 other people in line. There was only one person on staff. That evening we went to get in the hot tub and it was disgusting. It was almost brown.

How dirty the floors in the hallways, lobby and elevator were. And it didn¿t seem like they kept the outside clean either (lots of cigarette butts and alcohol bottles). We also weren¿t away until we arrived that they didn¿t offer room cleaning during stay

The hotel was clean and updated. Nice size room with comfortable bed. Lobby and hallway were clean and quiet. We didn't swim in the indoor pool but it looked nice and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety. We would stay at this hotel again.

Nice clean hotel. Full Breakfast!!

The door in the bathroom had water damage and wouldn¿t close very easy. The thermostat didn¿t work. The room had a stale odor.

The breakfast was superb! Hotel was clean.

Extremely clean inside and out, never had an issue trying to find parking, and was extremely quiet! The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly!

Finally, a real breakfast buffet! However, the items were limited.

It was a nice hotel right off of the highway. Restaurants,stores were near the hotel and I didn't have to travel far.
