The breakfast was solid

The new management is obvious as last year we didn't have the same issues. There was no a/c on throughout the building during the day. Our room's a/c was turned up high and it took awhile to turn it down.

The gentleman that runs the breakfast Rea kept it clean, and welcoming. He was very professional.

The front desk staff that we dealt with, Spandaga, seemed to lack basic professionalism. The rude way that she addressed us, as well as others that we witnessed, makes the hotel undesirable.

I was there for a single night so not much should have gone wrong.

The breakfast had very dry eggs - but I caught this service late in the morning.

Bad service, tv didn't work, phones didn't work.

Under construction, ants in the room, the air conditioner quit working so they moved us to another room

The location was great and easy to find. Clean. Happy with breakfast facilities.

When we got to the hotel early afternoon to check in they did not have the suite available that I had reserved and prepaid in advance! I was unhappy with this inconvenience and feel I should be credited some amount for this! Clerk was hard to understand.

I like the staff and willingness to help the best.

There are curtains that need replaced and very stained furniture.

Front desk girl was VERY RUDE, both check in and out! Awful! Closet door had broken glass, called front desk said they would come check it, but never did. Glass ready to fall out and I had young grand babies, not safe! No blow dryer in the room.

This hotel must be ran by different management. It is the worst Hilton brand I have stayed in.

The carpet was not clean. The doors were scratched up and my room furniture was dirty. Scratched up. Pretty bad.

Key card wasn¿t working. Hard to get it reactivated. The room never stayed cool even with the AC on 69. Not satisfied with hotel.

Good location, rooms were nicely laid out, clean, etc.

I was on a work trip and needed to be out by seven- the intention being to grab some coffee and a little breakfast before I had to be at work. Breakfast on the weekend doesn't start until 7:00.

Pool was clean and staff was excellent

When we got to the hotel, the room we reserved did not have a walk-in shower. All the pictures we saw showed a walk in shower. They changed us to another room after the first night. We had to pack up and unpack again. Hotel had only one elevator .

I like how big the room was. The beds were very comfy. Came with a fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The lamps were dusty. Tub needed cleaning. Old sofa. Room needed an update. The sofa bed had hair. Curtains were dirty. Microwave was dirty.

No fridge or microwave in room and kinda small for the price

This hotel is in a great location, it was close to where I needed to be.

The person who checked us in was a bit rude, when I told them my name and that I had a reservation they made a comment along the lines of ¿Let me check to see if I have any room for you.¿ I repeated that I had a reservation that I had made online.

The rooms are big, comfortable beds, great location.

Breakfast was good but could had being better, our room door did not fully sealed

wasnt the cleanest, mildew in the bathroom, and the bathroom sliding door was malfuntioning.

The pool was closed. We checked out right away because we only booked the room for the pool.
