Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

Small 4 legged critter in my room running around. There was not another room available so the staff gave me a few traps.

I like my 1st room better other than roaches. the 2nd room was a disaster.

The plumbing the pipes leaking the mattress in second was horrible. It was low to the floor and it hurt like hell, the sink backed up throughout stay . The pipes under sink leaking all day a night. The owner told me next is cheaper go there. Rude gesture

It was close to the interstate

The hotel is overpriced. Tape on the window. Leaking faucet. Running toilet. Pool wasn't clean. Hot tub wasn't working. The lady who checked us in wanted to us a $250 cash incidentals.

Room was somewhat ok

Yes. Hot tub hasn?t worked in a year. Elevator didn?t work. Breakfast was awful. Tub drain wouldn?t plug for a bath. Front doors seemed close to falling off. Pool was very cold. Nothing executive about this hotel.

New blinds, however, they are 1/2 " short all the way around the window dimensions AND the security lights on the front of the hotel shine right into your room all night.

Check in was fast and efficient. Friendly staff, fresh full breakfast, great coffee, free wifi. Quiet and relaxing.

The bed was not a quality bed and less than I have come to expect from BW. Not comfortable at all.

It was close to the airport

I could not take the shuttle after my flight to the hotel because the shuttle service ends at midnight. They also downgraded my room because of late check in.

Very clean

The coffee was watered down. I tasted more water than coffee.

Front desk staff were friendly and the day we arrived pool was closed but they were very nice to open it up for us. Breakfast was good.Bucees was right across ftom the hotel

Older hotel the last and not enough sitting area in kitchen dining. Very loud as there was construction going on next door of hotel.

Convenient location, nice pleasant staff, very helpful and accommodating.

That breakfast and check out times were later than most hotels

I chose the hotel for the heated indoor pool for my kids and it was closed but was not posted any where on the sites that it wasn¿t available

The probably 15-20 year old mattress in room 109 was pathletic! The reason I chose this hotel was the pictures of the room, specifically the mattress. Neither of us got any rest, I should have taken a picture of it in the room. Never go back!

There was a problem w/ my booking and the actual availability... I received a confirmation but there were NO One-king size bed rooms available.. Mgr. came out explained what happened and accommodated w/ a Two King size bedroom for same price.

NOPE... Extremely Friendly and accommodating Mgr. and staff.

I never got my 2 $20 gift cards for staying 2 days @ BW. My brother tried 2 pay 4 my room and his card and mine were charged (double charge). The clerk said the manager would "figure out out" and back 1 charge out. We never heard from the manager.

The exterior appearance is dated, your first thought is ¿oh, this isn¿t going to be good¿. There weren¿t enough quality choices at breakfast for those of us that do not want eggs and meat.
