Staff was rude unprofessional there was hardly any people booked and I see why. You get what you pay for. The mini refrigerator door did not close so therefore items would not get cold. Stains on the sheets. Paint chipping in the tub.

The room was infested w cockroaches. Once crawled into my food while I was eating. They were in the bathroom. I recorded them. One crawled on me and they won't refund me my money. I was there for a funeral. They wanted to spray bug poison in my room

This hotels Internet was down so they made me pay cash on top of the money I spent beforehand booking the place.

Room was big and updated.

The receptionist lady was not proffesinal and helpful to the customer

The workers are disrespectful and seem to think their guest are beneath them service is trash and they talk to you like your trash the rooms ain't half bad but they wouldn't do shit about lady across from yelling and cussing literally I kid you not FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT

liked location and price, desk unfriendly but then again all Indian owned businesses run this way, they just don't care they are in it for the profits. They lied about bottom floor availability, the motel was mostly empty, I was having heart problems and didn't need to be climbing stairs but I had to.

They lied to me.

From the outside it looks pretty rough but we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was very spacious and had been upgraded. It was very clean, the towels were ample. There is a Bucees across the interstate.

Outside was rundown.

We woke up with no power at 7a.m and no power till check out

I wasn’t expecting much for what I paid. But when I walked into my room I took note that it was about as nice as other hotels I paid 30-40 dollars extra for. It had newer upgrades and was very clean.

There were only 2 things I didn’t like as much as everything else. The toilet flushed very slowly and you had to hold it down for a very long time to flush it. As well as the sliding glass door that went to a balcony where other guests could get to. Not only was the fact that there was a glass door so we could hear guests more. But I was also traveling with my newborn and wasn’t too sure about how I felt about a glass door that went straight to our room. It was only accessible by a few other rooms and the door did have 2 locks on it which made me feel much better.

It was located right off the highway, so that was a plus and the room was spaces.

The bed was a little to hard and the shampoo dispenser was out.

Woke up to no power left room and couldn’t even get back in before check out

Price

Need updates - did have a creepy crawly many legged bug run across the bed. Traveled many places, so I’ve seen bugs in rooms, but just not anything I like to see.

Staff was friendly

The roaches in the room. No breakfast. Pool filled in.
