the pleasant colors of the reception area, the cooperation of the reservation staff. The facilities were quiet.

The room carpet didn't look clean nor maintained. There was some mold in the caulking.

Breakfast was fresh and good selection.

Hotel was falling apart. Paint peeling above shower, stains everywhere on walls. A pill was just set on one of the beds. Tried working out and the tred mill was broken machines seemed to want to fall apart while on them.

The atmosphere and attention the lady working in the breakfast she was soo nice and maintain ? evrething so clean the Manager was so nice too my wife forgot her Ring and she called us back, that is so Honest, Thank you so much.?

Need umbrella ? at the pool area

The pool area need like 2 to 3 Umbrellas to much Sun and you can enjoy the pool during the day you has to wait around 6pm to get there

The continental breakfast.

It was outdated and dirty. The front desk staff was rude. She was annoyed to have to check us in.

Inexpensive and convenient. Good breakfast.

Most of the grout in the shower had mildew.

The folks were nice. The hotel was nice. No doubt the person snoring all night was nice as was the person running around in the room upstairs.

Soundproofing does not seem to have been a concept at the time of build. The AC/Heat was on fan. All the time, none of the other buttons worked. It was cold. My wife was cold. The person the lady at the desk called had a cold attitude about itall.

Room was clean, front desk staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty.

There was a lot of noise from the hallway that came into the room. As the door across the hall was opened, I often thought my own room door was being opened. More insulation from hall noise is a must!

Comfortable! Enjoyed the pool, good breakfast!

Location and price

The elevator wasn't working , they didn't have the room I purchased, very creepy place. There were no guests in the hotel at all even with a huge police convention in town

Better hotel in the area.

This staff has no clue what they are doing. Check in is at 3pm and I couldn't get a room until 3:30pm. The hotel smelled disgusting. Never staying here again. They messed up oir reservations and multiple people while I was there trying to fix my issue.

located far enough away from highway that it is quiet. Bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was good.

The first room reaked of smoke. The door trim and wall had been poorly patched. We were told that someone lived in the room for months and smoked. (Non-Smoking hotel) We were given a new room but not a King room as reserved-strong vape and smoke in bath.

My room smell clean and the bed was amazing

In the morning someone opened out door and woke us up. The person that checked us inn gave us keys for a room but on computer he put a different room number. I had just got out of the hospital and being woken like that was not good.

Pet friendly

At midnight a maintenance man broke thru the door latch . The at 8 am and told them ( my parents 91 yrs old) Told them y'all aren't supposed to be here. The hotel hasn't apologized for the beating month door @ midnight or being harassed when paid up

Location for a funeral we were attending!

Called before booking to the hotel direct & reservation # listed. Asked if I might get a late checkout due to the funeral service and burial. Told YES, then told NO by my check in person & she was RUDE! TV in room did NOT work! Shower VERY DIRTY,REPLACE

The staff was unfair. Gave our room away even though it was secured with a valid credit dcard!!!

Price and location are the only things this hotel has going for it.

Too many to say. Mainly it was filthy! Dust all over everything. Rust on falling apart bathroom mirror and ceiling sprinklers. Carpet hadn¿t been vacuumed and the bathroom omg. There was grease or oil smeared on tub and the inside of the bathroom door.

Amenities

Location was too far (40 miles approximately), from my destination: Buda & Kyle, TX. I did not feel this location should¿ve been included in the deal.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful.

There really wasn't anything I was not happy with.
