Clean, convenient and had all the necessities. Great price

Good location

The room we stayed in did not have a working key. So they let us in and basically had to be let back in every time we needed to come and go. Luckily, it was only one night stay.

Staff, room, bed!

Comparable to Hampton or Holiday Inn. It's not a 5-star hotel, but is a great value relative to the rate.

Breakfast ends at 9am on Sunday. Seems early compared to other hotels

Hotel is not the cleanest, also killed two scorpions and notified manager but never did anything

Don't let the rooms fool you on the app. It's nothing like it looks. Hotel needs alot of work. The rug had stains, the restroom window had a stick to lock the window, the shower head was throwing water everywhere. I never go back

This hotel was in a good location.

We booked a non-smoking room, and it had definitely been smoked in. Also, the hotel was not clean. Not what I expected.

The smell. It was a musty dirty mop water smell that got even worse when you entered the room. I asked for another room and the guy said they all smelled that way. Very difficult to sleep.

Its convenient location and consistently clean and comfortable rooms.

The WI-FI code was illegible and the front desk could not be reached for the correct one.

The room was not clean, there were no linens for the pull out bed and the hotel clerk was rude when I asked for some, the mattress on the pull out bed was stained, and the room smelled weird. Wouldn¿t have stayed if it wasn¿t so late when we arrived.

Large room/suite with fridge and microwave. Pretty good breakfast.

Got no maid service over 3 night stay. Plumbing has some issues. Management cancelled then restored my booking after about six phone calls. Could not provide a receipt upon checkout. Promised to send by email which has not happened yet.

The coffee offered in the morning needs a different brewer. It was not palatable. Because of covid, food choices in a lot of hotels has suffered. There is a strong need to get back to quality products. The Texas waffle was cute, but not at all tasty.

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Staff seemed extremely overwhelmed as they were short staffed and over booked. We chose this hotel specifically because it had a pool and the pool was absolutely disgusting. It was cloudy and green there was trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

The location was convenient to Seguin and price was much cheaper than the hotels in Seguin.

Hallway smelled of mildew. Room smell was worse. Sheets were wet feeling had all sorts of bugs and hair on them. Cobwebs all over ceiling. Blood stain on one of the pillows. Mouse in the foyer. Pool water was green. Fridge dirty. Faucets clogged.

Beds were comfy.

Breakfast was wack. I get that due to covid things are different but I wish it had been noted before hand. Selection was very very limited and the coffee was like water. At least give me a good cup of coffee!

Very plush as soon as you open the front door, check in was fast, and slept very comfortable...the tv int the room may need to be changed out...you can actually see about ten small bulbs while the tv is on. I was too exhausted to complain at the time.
