OYO Hotel Luling TX Downtown I-10/US-90

We only stayed one hour and took the loss of paying for three days in advance. The best part about the hotel was leaving.

The room we were in (107) was very dirty. There was hair and dust everywhere. Additionally someone?s dirty socks were under the TV. On top of all of that the door frame showed signs it had previously been kicked in and improperly repaired.

The motel was booked and did not have any rooms. Yet my card was still charged.

This motel was the least expensive option. the a/c worked well. The shower had hot water and was clean.

The carpet was filthy. The sheets were stained but clean. The door has a one-inch gap at the bottom. There was no mirror in the room.

Best part was that they did not have any of the 3 rooms that we booked. I would have hated to ended up staying in this extremely poorly kept roach motel.

The absolute most terrible hotel experience I have ever had. Rude and unhelpful desk person and manager. Seeing in a couple of the rooms made us glad we were leaving.

No one there at check in, no wifi and 1 key Lots of June bugs and a baby snake in room

It was filthy-stains and hair and dirt on sheets. No toilet paper and big spider in second room.

Nothing. Maybe location from main road was convenient.

Room smelled bad upon entering. Come to find out, smell was coming from toilet which was full of un-flushed urine. Shower had trash from pervious toiletries being used and left on ledge. Bed was covered in hair and it was obvious no one had swept floor.

It was dirty,when we got in the room a guy walked by and tried to open the door,found out the housekeeping is homeless and working there which hes the one that tried to open our door,plus he was smoking drugs through a pipe while sitting outside. Horrible

We checked out at 10 am and I received a call shortly after that we had taken towels. He stated that if we didn't return them we would be charged. The hotel was run down and not at all up to my expectations why the hell would I take a dingy towel!?

The staff was very nice.

My room had bugs all over it including the bed. The towels, sheets, and shower curtain were stained.

Room was freshly renovated, very clean and nice.

Lighting was inadequate - the area by the A/C and clothes hanging bar was very dark.

Its the best deal you can get for such a low price! Lulling is nice small town and the hotel is within a walking distance to everything that town could offer.

The noise of the train but I guess I heard it everywhere I lived around central Texas area so it wasn't an issue for me

They need an exterminator badly.

The price was very reasonable.

The remote for the TV/Satellite only worked for some functions
