Its clean updated interior. Hotel employee was very friendly and getting a text from Misty and Brittanys welcomeness at breakfast.

The room shower hot water wasnt hot.

It was close where we needed to be for the night

The bathroom was NASTY, random pill on the floor, hair in the bathtub drain, something reddish in color on the bathroom door by the door knob, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, inside where the little fridge was was dirty.. I have pics to back up my claims

The front desk attendant let me into the gym early.

I booked the hotel because it said it had a shuttle and it didnt. It cost me $25 for an Uber in the morning.

I got put in a handicap room and it was wonderfully spacious.

Almost no hotel rooms have enough light. I would still like a little more in this one

Oops uncomfortable bed did not meet expectations for a Hampton Inn. Very loud from room above late into the night.

Clean, quiet despite location near freeway; friendly staff; decent breakfast options. Free parking was a plus.

Large room and cleanliness of room and building indoor and outdoors

Room service was not daily and had to be requested with 4 night stay. That was not made known to us and after a couple days things run out so we had to go request room supplies like towels, shampoo and ask to have trash taken out.

The clerks were professional, helpful and kind. Everything about the room and lobby was clean and pristine. We also liked proximity to a restaurant for take out!

Location was within blocks of shopping and restaurants. Made for less stress when leaving the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room had microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator, met my needs. Bed was comfy for a good nights sleep.

It smelled gross in the room, like it had perhaps been a smoking room when I requested a non smoking room.

Lobby was clean and attractive. Parking and access was easy.

We were put in the handicapped room without any notification. Room and closet were awkward. Iron leaked. Upholstery and carpet were stained. Bathroom was marginally clean. Front desk was rarely occupied.

It was very quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice looking exercise room, I was too tired to use it. Pool area clean with plenty of towel, chairs nd tables. The TV was huge. Great channel selection. There was a Harley Davidson shop across the parking lot.

The pool and hot tub water was very cloudy. This tells me the water needs better care. The pool water could be a little warmer.
