It looks nice on the outside and is in a nice area.

The rooms look dirty, the walls in the rooms and hallways look dirty, the carpets look like they have stains and burns, the toilet looked stained. The man up front was rude and kind of weird.

It was pretty nice and the location is great

The shower only had hot and cold. The air kept making a weird noise

Rooms are huge! Nice hotel restaurant with great staff. Clean and new.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were very soft. Staff was friendly. They had Dove bath products which was nice.

Bathroom sink VERY slow to drain. Water not very hot in shower. AC was not on in the room upon arrival and it was very hot, and took a while too cool off. Got hot in room overnight as well. No hotel breakfast other than in restaurant. Carpet was torn.

Love the large room. Shower pressure was on point.

The AC unit blowing directly on bed was uncomfortable.

They have a restaurant and bar, which is unusual for a hotel of this size/price. I expected it to be bad, but it was actually very good. Impressive! Suite was roomy.

We were first given a room where the thermostat was broken. It was 53-degreees in the room. When my wife called, they said they would assign us a new room and bring the keys up. After 10 minutes I called down and they were still working on it.

Location

This is the second time in a row that the TV in the room was not working. Asked for help and it wasn¿t resolved.

Tesla destination chargers were available onsite. This was a major shortcut driving across Texas from Colorado.

I liked that it was centrally located to most of the things I was interested in visiting

I didn't like that the pool was cold and the breakfast was not included

The location was great. Was able to get everywhere quickly.

The cleanliness of the room. A hair was found on the pillow when we first stepped in and when we removed the covers there was a couple of dead mosquitoes in the bed. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

Price

Mix up with my room when I checked in. My room was given to someone else. Still sent to room and noticed clothes on the floor and bad had been laid on. New room was given and vouchers for free breakfast and snacks. Did not know breakfast was not included.

Super clean and spacious. Staff are very nice.

The common areas were filthy with trash laying around and handprints all over things. The room was a little better but definitely not clean. Not impressed.

Location

My room 203, had a terrible sewer gas smell, and for some reason the wifi signal was very poor inside the room. I could step out in the hall, and it worked well.

very nice. Was convenient to where where we needed to be.

I don't know if the carpet just showed dirt easily, or if vacuuming was happening less due to COVID, but the halls seemed like they needed to be vacuumed.

King room is very nice and spacious.

Room had not been cleaned very well at all, someone had urinated on the toilet seat and it was not cleaned before I rented, entrance door had lots of finger prints, there was a ring on the desk where someone had set a cup/glass and it wasn't cleaned.

It was very clean and very quiet!
