The food was always cold and they wouldn’t put more food out for the hotel to be booked. Their answer was not putting out any more food.,,,

Quiet room . Nice facility

Room had a strange smell. Almost smelled like vinegar but offensive. There was no soap not shampoo in the room.

Absolutely a great price for such a comfortable room with a 55' television.

Breakfast options were very mediocre but luckily there was a waffle maker. So we enjoyed waffles.

Clean and comfortable. The day desk clerk employed exceptional customer service skills. Good job .

Night clerk had bad body order and was very rude. There is no overhead lighting. difficult to put on makeup because there is no overhead lighting.

Cleanliness and small room, but perfectly cozy for two people, and it was easy to keep cool/warm. Comfortable bed. Texas-shaped waffles!

Hot tub was hot

When we went down for breakfast there was nothing left and it was only 8:30 am

The location was good. 10 mins from Texas Tech and quiet.

The room was clean, but the bathroom needed a bit more attention.

There was no air in the bathroom. Kinda stinky. Was a towel with like yellow stain.

Love the room, sheets, staff, cleanliness, breakfast & location.

I do not like the television service. I stayed for 3-4 days at a time and could never find NBC News, CNN, TLC, etc. There are a few channels/shows that repeat again & again. Hate the TV!

I love the location, the staff, the cleanliness and the sheets! Love the sheets! This is a great hotel for a great price. I have stayed here many times. I feel safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. And staff is always helpful/wonderful.

This is my ¿go to¿ hotel when ever I am in town. It is clean, convenient, safe and welcoming. The price is excellent. Never a bad stay. Thank you.

Location

The roaches in our room. I brought this to the attention of the manager for a refund for some type of compensation. The answer was no. We had 2 sleep less nights. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at a hotel with roaches. one room has roaches they all do.

Our room was not clean for our arrival. The bed sheets had not been laundered or changed since the previous occupant. Two medium sized bags of trash had been left in the room. Sticky patches were left on countertops from the previous occupants drinks.

Following our complaints about the bedding, the room was vacuumed and sheets changed. However all of the corners of the bedroom and bathroom were thick with dust and grime.

The hotel was very clean, great location, and I felt price was very good.

I stay here whenever I am in town. I like the location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast. You can¿t beat this hotel for the price.

Bed & Towels

It didn¿t seem like a 3* hotel. It was dark and dated. No hair dryer in room. Paper towels in the Kleenex box, computer on a column in the lobby they called a business center, cold breakfast, etc.

The room was big

We rented this room because we wanted to use the hot tub for our 1st anniversary but when we got there the pool area was closed due to renovation. The bed was hard my wife liked that buti did not. Bathroom was small for the large room.

Quiet, clean and easy to get to.

Room was compact it looked like people before me scratched the wall due to it being so close to the bed (likely luggage)
