Residence Inn by Marriott Lubbock Southwest

Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Room was large and plenty of workspace.

Shower water was, at best, only warm.

Location and friendly staff

Broken drawer and disposal. Broken towel rack

Location

Hotel bathroom in need of repairs. There was a blood stain on the bed comforter.

The guy that checked us in was super nice and so was the lady who checked us out

The night staff was very unhelpful and abrupt

Spacious room and comfortable bed, quiet, nice breakfast

Bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed better as it was dirty

Great 1st floor handicapp room at an excellent price.

Unfortunately carpet in the halls is very hard to keep clean. I understand they are used because they are quieter. But so hard to keep clean. Lots of cigeratte butts around the parking area.

The room was big with a lot of space And very very clean!!! Bed was super comfortable and big The hotel staff was professional and extremely nice And Breakfast was excellent!!!! Definitely recommend

No. I love everything

Proximity to Red Raiders stadium and restaurants. Nice lobby.

Was not able to check in at 3pm. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to clean the room. Was not sure that they even cleaned it. No soap in the shower, paper towel spool empty and one kleenex in the box.Extra charge on card and I didnt buy anything.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable, kitchen, nice breakfast, good location

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us!

We really like staying here! The rooms are spacious and always clean. We don¿t always need the kitchen but it¿s sure nice to have for when you do!

Clean nice rooms

Bring your own hair dryer. Room didn¿t have one and when one was brought to the room it didn¿t work.

Very clean property Thoughtful staff Well arranged breakfast area Good breakfast selection

Room was slow to heat up

Friendly staff and very clean room.

The bath cloth wasn¿t up to par for a 3 star hotel.

The room was awesome the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly

The breakfast was not quite done.

Spacious room, felt like a mini apartment. It was great having the small kitchen with included dish-ware, silverware and few extras to make your own meal during your stay, if desired. The room was pristine in cleanlin Continental breakfast was excellent!

The hotel entrance does not face the main road, and there were no signs indicating direction, so you must travel around building entirely.

Huge room, nice bed, good weight room, good coffee, nice shower, friendly front desk

Ice machine not working on our floor, saw a couple of small spiders in the bathroom, no maid service unless it is more than 5 days

Location

Friendly staff and a nice breakfast

Very nice, newer hotel. Spacious rooms. Everything was great.
