It was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was good, but not as advertised on the web site.

Rooms are nice, the breakfast and pool are awesome!

It was frustrating that we weren't able to get adjoining rooms, even after requesting them by phone several times. The best they could do was give us rooms catty corner across the hall from each other, which wasn't helpful for our circumstances.

Checking in was great because even though there was a minor hiccup with my card, April the front desk clerk was just the best. She was patient and helpful! We felt the room was properly cleaned, breakfast was always delicious and our room was great.

Our door wouldn¿t lock at night so that was unsettling. We had to put a chair in front for reassurance. Also our shower head was lacking and there wasn¿t anything we could do to adjust the flow.

Hair was on the bed and bathroom, bed comfortable had dirty spots on it. I was also charged double which is to be fixed hopefully soon.

Did not get breakfast, unless you count a mini granola bar, and an orange. Room had dirty socks left by the bed, shampoo bottles were half full. On top of that the close the pool all morning so pool only opens for the afternoon. I did not get what I paid.

The staff were all super nice. Very friendly and helpful. They were excellent!

The room could use at least upgraded linens. The bedskirts had holes all in them.

Rooms are nice and location is great for restaurants and proximity to highways and Texas Tech.

Staff was unhelpful and lacking customer service. I called ahead to ask for extra blankets and pillows and they said it was on a first come first serve. Trouble connecting to Internet and it never worked. Staff's answer: It works on my phone. Unhelpful

Always stay here when in Lubbock, clean hotel, friendly but not over the top staff, breakfast is a plus.

From the checkin experience, to the room, the comfortable bed, the beautiful patio and pool, the well appointed breakfast, the Keurig in the room, the staff, the workout space, the location....everything was amazing. I love this hotel!

The pool was out of service for maintenance. We were disappointed because the reason we chose this hotel was for their outdoor space. One call to the front desk, and in no time, hotel employee was working on the pool. It was quickly back in service within the hour

Clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast looked good....we did not eat there. Outdoor patio was very nice.

In room coffee was ok. Coffee at the breakfast buffet was weak, and tasteless.

Outside TV was not working, and did not have a place to cookout and no hot tub.

Nothing when I went to check in my room was sold so you kept my money ? and charged someone else

The front desk sure was not nice didn't even offer me another room said I will NOT get my money back tried to blame me as it was my fault I paid in advance to guarantee I had a room put in the notes what time I was arriving .... I had no reception where I was to call as I tried but I had faith I had my room as I have Never experienced this issue ever til now

The shower was excellent, but the water pressure was a bit low.

The room thermostat didn't allow us to set the temperature below 70. It would also shutdown automatically. There were no facial tissues in our room.

Great room and the staff was awesome.

For a handicap accessible room, the toilet was way too low without grab bars.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, and clean, comfortable accommodations.
