Cons -

the bed was too firm for my liking
The Bistro was lacking. For breakfast, the coffee was lukewarm. Had to wait for another pot to be brewed. The egg breakfast cost more than the CY in Santa Fe and the scrambled eggs were overcooked, brown, tough & dry. Educate the cook!!!
There was an additional charge for even coffee in the lobby. I thought I had booked a hotel with breakfast but they charge EXTREMELY high rates for the 'made to order' breakfast and coffee. Be prepared to pay out additionally for anything and everything.

We had a room thatÂ¿s air and tv did not work but once they knew we got a new room with more space.

The first room was unsatisfactory with inop air and tv. They didnÂ¿t seem phased by the room not working.

Convenient, room was clean

There was a loud party going on in the space below our room and the front desk person couldn't tell us when it was going to be over so we moved to a different room.

I usually stay at this hotel when staying in Lubbock. It is very conveniently located near Texas Tech. This stay was a bit of an outlier because I had an issue with the room. That being said, the issue was resolved within minutes of my reporting it.

Very convenient, staff very friendly loved the retro furniture in the lobby. Fire pit was very relaxing. Pool clean and water cold and refreshing.

Very nice hotel

You could hear the person on the next floor getting ready and you could hear the traffic go by. Needs better insulation I have stayed at others around there and you couldn't hear anything

Clean. Friendly. Good location

This hotel chain typically offers free breakfast and has a couch in the room. This one did not. There was not even free coffee available in the lobby.

This hotel has the new, modern lay-out with a beautiful bathroom, PLENTY of extra space and comfortable beds. I loved that the pool area was conveniently located by the main elevator on the first floor. Also, I enjoyed the nice, clean outside sitting area

Easy service at check in.

The room I was in 209 was very loud. Constant footsteps heard above and it sounded like a bath was draining about every 10 minutes.

Lots of charging stations, modern, recently remodeled,walk-in showers, bedding was fluffy and smelled so clean,bed was comfy

I asked for two queens and they were unable to accommodate us. My adult daughter had to sleep on a pull-out sofa that was stuck with the head propped up. Her neck was pretty sore.
