Cons -
- Weird bathtub/ shower. The bottom of the tub was curved, not flat. It almost made me lose my balance and it wouldn't drain completely
- I could not find the hotels address when I loked on the internet, all I could get was an on-line operator who was rude and uncooperative.
- Did not have bedding for pull out couch We had three in a king bed room

Price n location.
Bad Service front desk.
Location good other than listening to the aggressive loop 289 motor speedway all night long
Our room was clean yet being on the North side we had to listen to super loud vehicle traffic all night long. The faucet in the bathroom worked but it was so loose that it would turn with the control valve either direction. No ice machine on 2nd level.

The coffee could be better but it wasn?t horrible.

The lobby
Cleanliness of the rooms and some of the employees there
Nice hotel, clean room, A/C and water pressure worked well. Best part was the staff. They were friendly and were able to get me checked in a bit early. Definitely top of my list.
Not really.
Breakfast had a wide variety.
The room we had needed to be painted or redone. Walls had areas of missing paint. There was hair and MOLD in the shower. The air conditioner made a humming noise, the ENTIRE time. Hardly any channels came in clear on the tv.
Staff was nice
The interstate is right there so even with a sound machine you can hear cars if they are loud. Rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly. Dirty Walls and window sills were obviously not cleaned.
Never got to hotel, car broke down in New Mexico in the middle of nowhere with a small baby, had to get car fixed and find a place to stay. Very scary experience. So I lost $200 on rooms.
It's clean, good location, nice and helpful staff
Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious!
It was nice and clean and breakfast was decent.
Drain cover missing in bathtub.
