Room was clean

Key card didn't work twice, the toilet was clogged. The door did not shut had the slam.The staff was not polite

The staff. They were friendly, informative, constantly working, and kept the hotel running smoothly.

No complimentary breakfast, no microwave in room, they only have coffee in the lobby for a couple hours in the morning, and if the hotel was full, or too many people dining at the restaurant, then there is not enough parking.

It was connected to a casino.

It wasn?t their fault, but the town had a boil water order. I felt like I should have been notified.

I booked this stay bc I was graduating from Texas Tech and I called multiple times for my room to be switch to 2 queens bc of my parents traveling with me as well and the hotel did not accommodate even though they accommodated other guests

The AC is old, broken or just ridiculously loud. We arrived late and we?re passing through so we were exhausted and couldn?t sleep because it was ridiculously loud. We checked out early because we didn?t get rest. Hotel was so lovely so it?s disappointing

Staff were professional and friendly. They helped us with a complaint. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and soap to utilize.

We found a used razor and body wash previous guest left in bathroom. Guest next to us were very loud and disruptive however after calling front desk they calmed down. I was approached by someone asking for money in parking lot at night.

The hotel was clean and located in a convenient location.

No hot water during our stay. We notified the front desk and no corrective action was taken.

Very nice and clean. Location is great for us! Lots of amenities. Breakfast was delicious.

We were there 4 nights and for two days we had to fend for ourselves no room service, felt like we didn't belong there

The location is amazing. There is a Walmart, Walgreens and a Dennys within walking distance.

I did not like the fact that someone got sick in the men¿s lobby restroom, and the next day, the mess was still not cleaned up. I am shocked that it had been there for almost 24 hours.

We stayed here for a visit tonTexas Tech¿s preview day. Easy, short drive to event parking. Great restaurant. App said there was a hot tub although there isn¿t, but there is a heated indoor pool.

Cleanliness. Inviting appeal. Openness. Attractiveness. Spaciousness of the disabled room. Will stay here again. Very satisfied. Liked that dinner was available and a nice bar area. Many people were using it so that was a good sign. Trolley was available

Couch in room was hard. Disappointed that breakfast was not included in the total price was it was very delicious.

Loud music in all the hotel all day from early morning (5:00am) to late in the evening.

Noise from central atrium/bar area -- but it ended around 10.

Location is very convenient to the road to Santa Fe from Austin. We loved the bar, bartender was great, made great Margaritas and had a wonderful wine selection. The room was comfortable. The morning breakfast restaurant was a delight.

No meal options for dinner, though we ordered in and ate by the bar area.

There was no refridgerator or microwave. I had to give a $50 deposit and it could not be cash. I saw where $200 was charged then canceled then 300 then canceled then 250 and canceled then after all that i still have never got my $50 back.charges i uneasy
